【摘要】：　公安科技隊(duì)伍是公安隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,在落實(shí)科技強(qiáng)警戰(zhàn)略、促進(jìn)公安工作發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用。當(dāng)前,公安科技隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀還不能滿足公安工作的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求。公安科技隊(duì)伍中,人才數(shù)量不足、管理政策不明、整體素質(zhì)不高、創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)仍是制約公安科技發(fā)展的"瓶頸"因素。因此,要著力解決好以下問(wèn)題:一是公安科技隊(duì)伍的內(nèi)涵界定與科學(xué)分類;二是公安科技隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素分析;三是公安科技人員的基本管理制度建設(shè);四是公安科技隊(duì)伍的評(píng)價(jià)激勵(lì)機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì);五是公安科技隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與對(duì)策研究。
[Abstract]:Public security science and technology team is an important part of public security team, which plays an important role in implementing the strategy of strengthening police with science and technology and promoting the development of public security work. At present, the construction of public security science and technology team can not meet the practical requirements of public security work. In the public security science and technology team, the shortage of talents, the unclear management policy, the low overall quality and the weak innovation ability are still the "bottleneck" factors that restrict the development of public security science and technology. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the following problems: first, the definition and scientific classification of the scientific and technological personnel of public security; second, the analysis of the present situation and influencing factors of the scientific and technological contingent of public security; third, the construction of the basic management system of the scientific and technological personnel in public security; The fourth is the design of the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the public security scientific and technological contingent, and the fifth is the research on the development strategy and countermeasures of the public security scientific and technological contingent.
