【摘要】：在剛剛到來的 2 1世紀里 ,中國警方既面臨著前所未有的機遇 ,也面臨著空前嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。這種挑戰(zhàn)主要來自七個方面 :一、公安工作乘勢而上的要求對現(xiàn)行體制的挑戰(zhàn) ;二、社會變革對警察政治生活角色地位的挑戰(zhàn) ;三、新形勢下犯罪活動出現(xiàn)的新情況對警察隊伍素質的挑戰(zhàn) ;四、維護社會穩(wěn)定繁重任務的挑戰(zhàn) ;五、公安隊伍建設的緊迫性對各級公安機關領導者的挑戰(zhàn) ;六、警務實踐中新問題層出不窮對中國警察理論匱乏的挑戰(zhàn) ;七、現(xiàn)代生活的多元化對警察應對能力的挑戰(zhàn)
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, Chinese police are faced with both unprecedented opportunities and severe challenges. This challenge mainly comes from seven aspects: first, the challenge to the current system caused by the requirements of public security work; secondly, the challenge of social change to the role of the police in political life; third, The new situation of criminal activities under the new situation challenges the quality of the police force; fourth, the challenge of maintaining social stability; fifth, the urgency of the construction of the public security contingent challenges the leaders of public security organs at all levels; and sixth, The emerging new problems in police practice challenge the lack of police theory in China. Seventh, the diversification of modern life challenges the ability of the police to cope with.
