C省輕工集體企業(yè)聯(lián)社改制中群體性事件的成因、特征及應對策略

【摘要】:當前,我國正處于經(jīng)濟轉軌、社會轉型的關鍵時期,社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制改革進一步向縱深處發(fā)展,各社會群體之間利益結構的調(diào)整進一步加劇,各種新問題、新矛盾不斷涌現(xiàn),人民內(nèi)部矛盾出現(xiàn)前所未有的復雜性,群體性事件成了現(xiàn)階段矛盾沖突最主要的表現(xiàn)形式。群體性事件的頻頻發(fā)生,已經(jīng)對我國經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展、社會良好秩序的維持和人民幸福安康的生活構成了很大威脅。正確認識群體性事件,查找、分析事件形成的原因和特征,并采取切實有效的措施妥善處置群體性事件成為了當前研究的重點,也具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實研究意義。 本文利用文獻研究、案例分析等研究方法對群體性事件進行了分析,尤其是對體制改革中群體性事件的發(fā)生機理進行了著重分析,并以輕工聯(lián)社改制中發(fā)生的群體性事件為例,結合危機管理4R模式提出了應對改制中群體性事件的11條應對措施。 文章共有六個部分。第一部分是緒論。主要介紹了選題的背景及研究的意義,研究現(xiàn)狀、方法、內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新和本文采取的技術路線。第二部分是群體性事件及其相關理論闡述。先對群體性事件進行界定,總結其特征并進行分類,找出其產(chǎn)生的原因,提出應對策略并對體制改革群體性事件的發(fā)生機理進行了分析。第三部分是輕工聯(lián)社改革及引發(fā)的群體性事件概述。首先介紹輕工聯(lián)社的基本概況,其次敘述輕工聯(lián)社改革的必要性、目標和現(xiàn)狀,最后強調(diào)改革的復雜性以及因此引發(fā)的群體性事件。第四部分是輕工聯(lián)社改制中群體性事件產(chǎn)生的原因、特征及其形成過程。分析總結了輕工聯(lián)社群體性事件產(chǎn)生的六個具體原因和四個顯著特征,并梳理了其形成過程。第五部分是輕工聯(lián)社應對改制中群體性事件的策略。主要是結合輕工聯(lián)社群體性事件產(chǎn)生的具體原因,在危機管理4R模式的基礎上,提出應對群體性事件的縮減、預備、反應和恢復四個步驟11個具體措施。第六部分是結論和啟示。該部分對全文進行了梳理和總結。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a critical period of economic transition and social transformation. The reform of the socialist market economic system has further developed in depth, the adjustment of the interest structure among various social groups has been further intensified, and various new problems have emerged. New contradictions emerge constantly, contradictions among the people appear unprecedented complexity, group events have become the most important manifestation of contradictions and conflicts at the present stage. The frequent occurrence of mass events has posed a great threat to the healthy development of our economy, the maintenance of good social order and the well-being of the people. Correct understanding of group events, finding out and analyzing the causes and characteristics of events, and taking practical and effective measures to deal with group events have become the focus of current research, and also have very important practical significance. This paper makes use of literature research, case analysis and other research methods to analyze group events, especially the mechanism of group events in the system reform, and take the group events in the reform of light industrial association as an example. Combined with the 4 R model of crisis management, 11 measures are put forward to deal with group incidents in the reform. There are six parts in the article. The first part is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background, significance, research status, method, content and innovation of the topic and the technical route adopted in this paper. The second part is group events and related theories. Firstly, it defines group events, summarizes their characteristics and classifies them, finds out the causes of their occurrence, puts forward countermeasures and analyzes the occurrence mechanism of group events in institutional reform. The third part is the summary of the reform and group events. This paper first introduces the basic situation of the light industry association, then describes the necessity, the goal and the present situation of the light industry association reform, and finally emphasizes the complexity of the reform and the group events caused by it. The fourth part is the causes, characteristics and formation process of mass events in the reform of Liangjun. This paper analyzes and summarizes six concrete causes and four notable characteristics of the group events in Liangjincoco, and combs its forming process. The fifth part is the strategy to deal with group incidents in the reform. Based on the 4R model of crisis management, 11 concrete measures are put forward to deal with the reduction, preparation, reaction and recovery of group incidents. The sixth part is the conclusion and enlightenment. This part combs and summarizes the full text.
