【摘要】： 社區(qū)矯正是一項(xiàng)綜合性的工程,需要刑罰執(zhí)行、社會(huì)工作與社區(qū)的通力合作才能完成。社區(qū)矯正既是刑罰執(zhí)行的過(guò)程,也是社會(huì)工作的過(guò)程。進(jìn)入社區(qū)矯正中的矯正對(duì)象,面臨著社會(huì)接納、家庭接納、就業(yè)排斥等多重壓力。如果這些問(wèn)題沒(méi)有解決好,矯正對(duì)象就不能順利融入社會(huì)、回歸社會(huì),他們還很有可能重新犯罪,影響社會(huì)的和諧與安定。單純依靠司法工作者并不能使矯正對(duì)象順利地融入社會(huì),還需要借助社會(huì)工作的理念與方法的介入,來(lái)幫助矯正對(duì)象減少社會(huì)排斥,恢復(fù)他們的社會(huì)功能,使之順利回歸社會(huì)。 本文在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和個(gè)案訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合個(gè)案分析,描述了矯正對(duì)象遭遇的社會(huì)排斥,分析了矯正對(duì)象面臨社會(huì)排斥的原因與危害,闡釋了社會(huì)工作價(jià)值理念在介入社區(qū)矯正、減少社會(huì)排斥方面的意義,介紹了社會(huì)工作介入的層面與方法,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策  建立社區(qū)矯正的社會(huì)工作模式。 除導(dǎo)論之外,全文共分為四章: 第一章是通過(guò)訪談與個(gè)案分析,對(duì)矯正對(duì)象遭遇到的社會(huì)排斥的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述。 第二章是通過(guò)個(gè)案分析和理論探討,對(duì)矯正對(duì)象的社會(huì)排斥的形成原因和導(dǎo)致的危害進(jìn)行分析。 第三章探討消除社會(huì)排斥、促進(jìn)社會(huì)融入的途徑與方法。 第四章是結(jié)論與思考部分。結(jié)論部分探討本研究帶來(lái)的思考、不足和有待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Community correction is a comprehensive project, it needs penalty execution, social work and community cooperation can be completed. Community correction is not only the process of penalty enforcement, but also the process of social work. The object of community correction is facing many pressures, such as social acceptance, family acceptance, employment rejection and so on. If these problems are not solved properly, the correction objects will not be able to integrate into the society smoothly and return to the society. They will probably commit crimes again and affect the harmony and stability of the society. Simply relying on the judicial workers can not make the correction object integrate into the society smoothly, but also need the intervention of the concept and method of social work to help the correction object reduce the social exclusion, restore their social function, and make it return to the society smoothly. On the basis of questionnaire survey and case interview, this paper describes the social exclusion encountered by the correction object, and analyzes the causes and harm of the social exclusion faced by the corrected object. This paper expounds the significance of the value concept of social work in intervening in community correction and reducing social exclusion, introduces the level and method of social work intervention, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to establish the social work model of community correction. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is through interviews and case analysis to describe the current situation of social exclusion encountered by the correction object. The second chapter analyzes the causes and harm of social exclusion through case study and theoretical discussion. The third chapter discusses the ways and methods of eliminating social exclusion and promoting social integration. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and thinking part. The conclusion part discusses the thinking, deficiency and problems to be solved in this study.
