【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界，信息技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事、文化等方面的作用與日俱增。信息有力地推動(dòng)著人類文明進(jìn)步和社會(huì)發(fā)展。 社會(huì)的信息化發(fā)展給公安信息化帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。敵對(duì)勢(shì)力和不法分子利用信息技術(shù)的犯罪活動(dòng)越來(lái)越多，公安機(jī)關(guān)在維護(hù)社會(huì)治安、打擊違法犯罪活動(dòng)中所涉及的業(yè)務(wù)信息量也在急劇地增加。在這種時(shí)代背景下，公安信息化建設(shè)顯得十分重要。 本文對(duì)公安信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了定性分析，提出了公安信息化建設(shè)的基本要求和工作措施。公安信息化涉及到各種系統(tǒng)、各種應(yīng)用和各種層次的使用人員，面臨巨大的安全問(wèn)題。因此，，解決公安信息化的安全問(wèn)題成為公安信息化能否全面實(shí)現(xiàn)的至關(guān)重要的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)公安信息保障技術(shù)體系進(jìn)行了研究，針對(duì)公安信息面臨的安全威脅和功能要求，利用目前比較成熟的安全技術(shù)和安全產(chǎn)品將各種安全服務(wù)進(jìn)行合理部署，為市級(jí)公安局網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全提供了一個(gè)框架性的解決方案。
[Abstract]:In today's world, information technology is advancing by leaps and bounds and plays an increasingly important role in economy, politics, military, culture and so on. Information is promoting the progress of human civilization and social development. The information development of the society brings the opportunity and challenge to the public security informatization. There are more and more criminal activities by hostile forces and lawbreakers using information technology, and the amount of business information involved by public security organs in maintaining public order and cracking down on illegal and criminal activities is also increasing sharply. Under this background, the information construction of public security is very important. This paper has carried on the qualitative analysis to the police information construction, has proposed the public security information construction basic request and the work measure. The information of public security involves various systems, applications and personnel at various levels, and faces enormous security problems. Therefore, it is very important to solve the security problem of police informatization. This paper has carried on the research to the public security information safeguard technical system, aimed at the security threat and the function request which the public security information faces, uses the present relatively mature security technology and the security product to carry on the reasonable deployment each kind of security service. It provides a frame solution for the network information security of municipal public security bureau.
