【摘要】： 當(dāng)前,日趨嚴(yán)重的青少年犯罪不僅直接威脅著社會(huì)的安定團(tuán)結(jié),也干擾了改革發(fā)展的堅(jiān)定步伐,而且還破壞和諧社會(huì)的秩序,更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的看將會(huì)影響國(guó)民的素質(zhì)。本文著重從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)青少年犯罪現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析:一是從青少年在人類社會(huì)中的地位和成長(zhǎng)中的特殊矛盾來分析,他們正處于人生從幼稚走向成熟的時(shí)期,自制力和自控力比較差、心理承受力弱等特點(diǎn),很容易激化矛盾;二是從當(dāng)前青少年犯罪的主要原因及特點(diǎn)分析,青少年正處于生理和心理發(fā)育期,是世界觀、人生觀的形成階段,缺乏是非分辨能力,加之處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的矛盾沖突和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,使他們很難應(yīng)付來自社會(huì)各個(gè)方面的影響,從而走上犯罪的道路;三是從我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段青少年犯罪的社會(huì)影響分析,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國(guó)在上個(gè)世紀(jì)五十年代青少年犯罪占刑事犯罪中的比例約為20%左右,到八十年代卻上升到70%左右,進(jìn)入九十年代后期,雖然國(guó)家大力進(jìn)行社會(huì)安定綜合治理,但青少年犯罪的比例仍居高不下,已成為我國(guó)社會(huì)進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型期以來最為突出的社會(huì)問題之一;四是從我國(guó)當(dāng)前國(guó)情來分析,我國(guó)正處于轉(zhuǎn)型初期,其任務(wù)是突出經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),在這時(shí)期預(yù)防青少年犯罪要完善立法,加強(qiáng)文明社會(huì)建設(shè),給青少年一個(gè)良好的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境,達(dá)到預(yù)防和減少犯罪的目的。因此,研究分析當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下青少年犯罪的問題,對(duì)更好地認(rèn)識(shí)和預(yù)防青少年犯罪具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the increasingly serious juvenile delinquency is not only a direct threat to social stability and unity, but also interferes with the firm pace of reform and development, and also undermines the order of a harmonious society. In the longer term, it will affect the quality of the people. This paper analyzes the present situation of juvenile delinquency from the following aspects: first, from the perspective of the status of teenagers in human society and the special contradictions in their growth, they are in the period of life from childish to mature. The characteristics of poor self-control and self-control, such as weak psychological tolerance, are easy to intensify contradictions; second, from the main causes and characteristics of current juvenile delinquency, teenagers are in a period of physical and psychological development, which is a world outlook. In the formative stage of outlook on life, the lack of discernment between right and wrong, in addition to the contradictions and conflicts in the period of social transformation, makes it difficult for them to cope with the influence from all aspects of society, thus they embark on the road of crime. Third, an analysis of the social impact of juvenile delinquency at this stage in our country. According to statistics, the proportion of juvenile delinquency in criminal offences in the 1950s in China was about 20%, but it rose to about 70% in the 1980s. In the late 1990s, although the country vigorously carried out comprehensive management of social stability, but the proportion of juvenile delinquency is still high, has become one of the most prominent social problems since the transition period of our society; Fourth, analyzing from the current situation of our country, our country is in the early stage of transformation, and its task is to highlight economic construction. In this period, to prevent juvenile delinquency, we should perfect legislation, strengthen the construction of civil society, and give young people a good growth environment. Achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing crime. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the problems of juvenile delinquency in the present situation for better understanding and prevention of juvenile delinquency.
