【摘要】： 青少年犯罪作為一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問(wèn)題，，歷來(lái)倍受社會(huì)各界的普遍關(guān)注。青少年是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)、民族的希望，他們的犯罪行為將嚴(yán)重影響社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定和國(guó)家的發(fā)展，給國(guó)家、社會(huì)、家庭和個(gè)人造成極大的危害，因此政府以及許多科研機(jī)構(gòu)和專家學(xué)者針對(duì)青少年犯罪做了大量的研究工作。為了更好的認(rèn)識(shí)青少年犯罪特點(diǎn)，減少和預(yù)防青少年犯罪的發(fā)生，對(duì)青少年犯罪原因，尤其是心理特征以及家庭環(huán)境的研究成為了心理學(xué)家、犯罪行為學(xué)家、特殊教育學(xué)家們共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 目的：本研究旨在了解犯罪青少年的人格特征，探索家庭父母教養(yǎng)方式與犯罪人格的之間的相互關(guān)系，為犯罪青少年心理健康干預(yù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法：研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、個(gè)案訪談、材料分析等多種方法進(jìn)行集體調(diào)查，選用艾森克人格問(wèn)卷(EPQ)成年人量表對(duì)犯罪青少年人格特征進(jìn)行調(diào)查，選取父母教養(yǎng)方式量表(EMBU)對(duì)其父母的教養(yǎng)方式進(jìn)行了解。然后將犯罪青少年人格特征與全國(guó)常模、不同犯罪類型青少年人格特征等進(jìn)行比較分析，對(duì)父母教養(yǎng)方式與犯罪青少年人格特征進(jìn)行相關(guān)回歸分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)犯罪青少年人格特征的規(guī)律，以及探索父母教養(yǎng)方式與犯罪青少年人格特征之間的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果及結(jié)論：犯罪青少年人格特征在E、N、P、L四個(gè)維度上均表現(xiàn)出明顯高于全國(guó)常模的特征。搶劫／搶奪、盜竊、暴力、涉毒、性犯罪五種類型的犯罪青少年人格特征在E、P、L三個(gè)維度上得分總體差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。而由其他撫養(yǎng)人撫養(yǎng)長(zhǎng)大的犯罪青少年N(神經(jīng)質(zhì)或情緒性)維度得分明顯高于健全家庭的犯罪青少年。犯罪青少年父母教養(yǎng)方式與全國(guó)常模之間存在較大的差異性。對(duì)犯罪青少年人格特征和父母教養(yǎng)方式的相關(guān)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，F(xiàn)SS5(父親的拒絕、否認(rèn))、MSS1(母親的情感溫暖、理解)、MSS2(母親的過(guò)分干涉、保護(hù))、MSS3(母親的拒絕、否認(rèn))四個(gè)父母教養(yǎng)方式因子與犯罪青少年人格特征N(神經(jīng)質(zhì)或情緒性)維度得分具有較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性，可以認(rèn)為父母教養(yǎng)方式中較多地對(duì)孩子進(jìn)行否定和拒絕在很大程度上會(huì)影響孩子人格中情緒穩(wěn)定性特質(zhì)，導(dǎo)致孩子出現(xiàn)情緒不穩(wěn)定、冷漠、倔強(qiáng)、逆反等心理傾向。 針對(duì)以上發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，本文著重討論犯罪青少年的人格特征以及其與父母教養(yǎng)方式之間的關(guān)系，對(duì)犯罪青少年的心理健康干預(yù)提出建設(shè)性的對(duì)策和意見(jiàn)，以便接下來(lái)對(duì)犯罪青少年進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)干預(yù)，此外還為家庭和社會(huì)對(duì)于青少年的教養(yǎng)提出建議。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency, as a serious social problem, has always received widespread attention from all walks of life. Young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Their criminal acts will seriously affect the stability of society and the development of the country, causing great harm to the country, society, families and individuals. Therefore, the government and many scientific research institutions and experts have done a lot of research on juvenile delinquency. In order to better understand the characteristics of juvenile delinquency and reduce and prevent the occurrence of juvenile delinquency, the research on the causes of juvenile delinquency, especially psychological characteristics and family environment, has become a psychologist, a criminal behavior scientist, The common focus of special education experts. Objective: the purpose of this study was to understand the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquents, to explore the relationship between parental rearing style and criminal personality, and to provide scientific basis for mental health intervention of juvenile delinquents. Methods: questionnaire survey, case interview, material analysis and other methods were used to investigate the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquents. Eysenck Personality questionnaire (EPQ) was used to investigate the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquents. The parental rearing style scale (Embu) was selected to understand the parental rearing style. Then, by comparing the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquents with the national norm and different types of crimes, the correlation regression analysis between parental rearing style and juvenile delinquent personality characteristics is carried out. Find out the law of juvenile delinquent personality and explore the relationship between parental rearing style and juvenile delinquency personality. Results and conclusion: the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquents were significantly higher than that of national norm in four dimensions. The personality characteristics of five types of juvenile delinquents, such as robbery / robbery, theft, violence, drug-related crime and sexual crime, had statistical significance in the three dimensions. The scores of N (neurotic or emotional) dimension of juvenile delinquents raised by other dependents were significantly higher than those of healthy families. There is a great difference between the parenting style of juvenile delinquents and the national norm. Correlation analysis of personality characteristics and parental rearing style of delinquent adolescents found that FSS5 (father's rejection, denial) and MSS1 (mother's emotional warmth, understanding) and MSS2 (mother's excessive interference, protection) and mother's rejection, There was a strong correlation between the four parental rearing style factors and the scores of N (neurotic or emotional) dimensions of juvenile delinquency. It can be concluded that more negation and rejection of children in parental rearing style will affect the emotional stability in children's personality to a great extent, and lead to emotional instability, apathy, stubbornness, opposition and other psychological tendencies. In view of the above problems, this paper focuses on the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquents and their relationship with parental rearing style, and puts forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions to the mental health intervention of juvenile delinquents. In order to carry on the scene intervention to the juvenile delinquent next, in addition to the family and the society to the juvenile's upbringing suggestion.
