【摘要】：GB18667-2002《道路交通事故受傷人員傷殘?jiān)u定》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)")中有關(guān)眼損傷的條款較為原則和籠統(tǒng)。隨著"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"的廣泛應(yīng)用,加之法醫(yī)學(xué)和臨床眼科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,對(duì)眼損傷后遺癥的檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)和認(rèn)識(shí)水平已有較大的提高。建議采用視力表投影儀代替國(guó)際視力表進(jìn)行行為視力檢查,存在屈光不正的應(yīng)了解屈光度后再檢查其矯正視力;疑有偽盲或偽裝視力降低時(shí),可行偽盲試驗(yàn)或偽裝視力降低的檢驗(yàn),視覺電生理技術(shù)是測(cè)試偽盲或偽裝視力降低的有效方法。運(yùn)用電腦視野計(jì)可進(jìn)行視野檢查,動(dòng)態(tài)視野檢查結(jié)果可通過視野有效值換算為殘存視野半徑(或直徑);視野檢查存在一定的干擾因素,分析時(shí)應(yīng)密切結(jié)合原發(fā)損傷及其他檢查結(jié)果。對(duì)于遺留復(fù)視等雙眼視障礙的,可采用同視機(jī)等檢查方法,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)考察功能障礙與眼肌等原發(fā)性損傷的符合性。淚器損傷后遺留溢淚癥狀的,應(yīng)采用相應(yīng)的檢查方法證實(shí)淚道狹窄或梗阻。眼瞼下垂及眼瞼畸形分為輕度及重度;眼瞼畸形包括閉合不全、眼瞼缺損及眼瞼外翻等情形。影響視力的外傷性白內(nèi)障符合"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"相關(guān)條款的規(guī)定。根據(jù)現(xiàn)行"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"對(duì)道路交通事故所致眼損傷進(jìn)行傷殘?jiān)u定,應(yīng)進(jìn)行視覺功能檢測(cè)、眼球結(jié)構(gòu)檢查、偽盲試驗(yàn)及視覺電生理檢測(cè),最后綜合病史材料及既往情況綜合分析,得出評(píng)定結(jié)果。統(tǒng)一對(duì)現(xiàn)行"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"的理解,規(guī)范檢測(cè)手段和結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)原則,有助于道路交通事故眼損傷傷殘?jiān)u定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:The articles about eye injury in the Standard (hereinafter referred to as "Standard") in GB18667-2002 are more general and general. With the extensive application of "standard" and the continuous progress of forensic science and clinical ophthalmic science and technology, the test technique and understanding level of the sequelae of eye injury have been greatly improved. It is suggested that the vision chart projector should be used instead of the international visual acuity chart for behavioral visual acuity examination. If there is ametropia, the corrected visual acuity should be checked after the diopter is known; if there is a false blindness or the camouflage visual acuity is reduced, Visual electrophysiology is an effective method to test false blindness or camouflage vision loss. The result of dynamic visual field examination can be converted to the radius (or diameter) of residual visual field by the virtual value of visual field, and there are some interference factors in visual field examination. Analysis should be closely combined with primary injury and other examination results. The conformance between functional disorders and primary injuries such as ocular muscles should be investigated by using the same machine to examine the residual binocular visual disorders such as diplopia. Lacrimal duct stenosis or obstruction should be confirmed by appropriate examination method if lacrimal organ injury left behind lacrimal symptoms. Blepharoptosis and eyelid malformation can be classified as mild and severe, including malocclusion, eyelid defect and ectropion. Traumatic cataracts that affect vision comply with the relevant provisions of the Standards. According to the present "standard", the evaluation of eye injury caused by road traffic accident should be carried out with visual function test, eyeball structure examination, pseudo-blind test and visual electrophysiology test. Finally, comprehensive analysis of medical history materials and previous situation should be made. Get the result of the evaluation. Unifying the understanding of the current "standard", standardizing the means of inspection and the principle of evaluating the result, will help to standardize and standardize the evaluation of eye injury and disability in road traffic accidents.
