【摘要】：隨著電子政務(wù)發(fā)展的不斷深入，電子政務(wù)信息資源開發(fā)成為電子政務(wù)發(fā)展過程中的新問題，，其主要分為面向內(nèi)部的電子政務(wù)信息資源開發(fā)和面向公眾的電子政務(wù)信息資源開發(fā)。本文對面向公眾的電子政務(wù)信息資源開發(fā)進(jìn)行了全面闡述，并就政府網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容資源的組織建設(shè)問題進(jìn)行了深入地探索研究，通過對最新的IA(信息構(gòu)建)基本理論及其網(wǎng)站IA規(guī)劃理論的深入研究，我們對政府網(wǎng)站的特例——公安網(wǎng)站二次開發(fā)中的IA進(jìn)行了實踐探索。具體我們根據(jù)IA理論構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)站的IA評估指標(biāo)，并利用該指標(biāo)對南京公安網(wǎng)站IA建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了考察與評估分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了IA的改善方案設(shè)計，最后使用最新的ASP.NET開發(fā)技術(shù)對IA改善方案進(jìn)行了技術(shù)實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of e-government, the development of e-government information resources has become a new problem in the process of e-government development, which is mainly divided into internal e-government information resources development and public e-government information resources development. This article has carried on the comprehensive elaboration to the public facing the electronic government affairs information resources development, and has carried on the thorough exploration and the research to the government website content resources organization construction question, Through the thorough research of the latest IA (Information Construction) theory and the website IA planning theory, we have carried on the practice exploration to the special case of the government website-IA in the second development of the public security website. According to the IA theory, we construct the IA evaluation index of the website, and use this index to investigate and evaluate the current situation of IA construction of Nanjing Public Security website, and on this basis, we design the improvement scheme of IA. Finally, using the latest ASP. Net development technology to carry on the technical realization to the IA improvement scheme.
