【摘要】：在構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的歷史進(jìn)程中，公安機(jī)關(guān)擔(dān)負(fù)的重大政治和社會責(zé)任、人民警察肩負(fù)的使命對人民警察道德品格內(nèi)涵提出了新的內(nèi)在要求，對人民警察道德素質(zhì)的提高提出了新的要求。警察院校承擔(dān)著為公安戰(zhàn)線培養(yǎng)輸送高素質(zhì)專門人才(職前教育)和在職民警培訓(xùn)(職后教育)的教育任務(wù)，其道德教育水平和育人質(zhì)量的高低將直接影響人民警察隊(duì)伍整體道德素質(zhì)狀況。在既往的警察道德教育實(shí)踐中，警察院校初步形成了具有警察教育特點(diǎn)的道德教育方法，基本達(dá)至道德教育目標(biāo)并使教育對象具備符合當(dāng)時(shí)社會的道德要求。但在新的社會轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，既往的警察道德教育因遭遇社會取向和個體取向變化的挑戰(zhàn)而難盡人意，特別是道德教育方法因乏其科學(xué)性、合目的性、時(shí)代性和藝術(shù)性而常常捉襟見肘，成效不佳。 鑒于此，本文以社會轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期警察院校道德教育方法中存在的問題研究為基點(diǎn)，通過反思其道德教育觀念和道德教育目標(biāo)，剖析現(xiàn)行道德教育方法中存在的問題及其成因，，以期對警察院校道德教育方法有新的思考和詮釋，嘗試提出重建警察院校道德教育方法的基本構(gòu)想，為改進(jìn)警察道德教育、促進(jìn)警察教育科學(xué)化提供借鑒。 本論文共分為三部分。 第一部分，通過調(diào)查對警察院校道德教育方法中存在若干問題進(jìn)行了歸納。指出現(xiàn)行警察道德教育方法中存在如下問題，如：方法單一化、信息傳遞單向度、形式靜態(tài)化、過程封閉化等。這些問題直接導(dǎo)致如下結(jié)果：警察道德教育片面強(qiáng)調(diào)正面教育、偏重共性培養(yǎng)、忽視受教育者主體性及個體差異性，缺乏情感體驗(yàn)、
[Abstract]:In the historical process of building a harmonious socialist society, the great political and social responsibility of the public security organs and the mission of the people's police put forward new internal requirements for the connotation of the moral character of the people's police. New requirements are put forward for the improvement of the moral quality of the people's police. Police academies are charged with the task of training and transporting high-quality specialized personnel (pre-service education) and in-service police training (post-service education) for the police front. The level and quality of moral education will directly affect the overall moral quality of the people's police force. In the past practice of police moral education, police colleges and universities have initially formed a moral education method with the characteristics of police education, which basically reaches the goal of moral education and makes the object of education conform to the moral requirements of the society at that time. However, in the new period of social transformation, the past moral education of the police is difficult to achieve due to the challenge of social orientation and individual orientation, especially the lack of scientific and purposeful methods of moral education. Times and artistry are often overstretched and ineffective. In view of this, based on the study of the problems existing in the methods of moral education in police colleges and universities in the period of social transformation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current methods of moral education and their causes through reflection on their moral education concepts and objectives. With a view to new thinking and interpretation of the methods of moral education in police colleges and universities, this paper tries to put forward the basic idea of rebuilding the methods of moral education in police colleges and universities, so as to provide a reference for improving police moral education and promoting the scientization of police education. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part, through the investigation to the police academy moral education method existence several questions has carried on the induction. It is pointed out that the following problems exist in the present methods of police moral education, such as the simplification of methods, the unidirectional degree of information transmission, the static form, the process closure and so on. These problems directly lead to the following results: the police moral education emphasizes the positive education, pays more attention to the common education, neglects the educatee's subjectivity and individual difference, and lacks the emotional experience.
