【摘要】：提出并實(shí)施公安交巡工作可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是實(shí)踐“三個代表”的迫切要求 ,是維護(hù)改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定的根本要求 ,是實(shí)施城市化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的必然選擇 ,是改革和加強(qiáng)交巡工作的內(nèi)在需要。當(dāng)前 ,制約公安交巡工作可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素很多 ,必須將其作為一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程 ,從理念、機(jī)制、管理社會化、科技、評估體系、教育培訓(xùn)等方面采取有力措施 ,推進(jìn)工作的深入發(fā)展
[Abstract]:To put forward and implement the sustainable development strategy of public security traffic patrol work is the urgent requirement of practicing the "three represents", the fundamental requirement of maintaining the reform, development and stability, and the inevitable choice of implementing the urbanization development strategy. It is the inherent need of reforming and strengthening the traffic patrol work. At present, there are many factors restricting the sustainable development of public security traffic patrol work.
