【摘要】：正被鑒定人女,55歲,因“乏力、面部皮疹、口腔潰瘍10 d余,發(fā)熱3d”于2004年10月8日10:20收住某市醫(yī)院血液科。2004年10月15日15:00病情加重,以“冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性心臟病,急性廣泛前壁心肌梗死等”轉(zhuǎn)入心內(nèi)科重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室。于2004年10月16日23:05臨床死亡。被鑒定入住院期間病情進(jìn)展迅速,8 d即告死亡。醫(yī)患雙
