【摘要】：越軌心理的存在導(dǎo)致警察隊伍中出現(xiàn)了一系列問題。警察產(chǎn)生心理沖突的主要原因有 :社會轉(zhuǎn)型帶來的巨大變革造成部分警察心理的不適應(yīng) ;警察個人欲望的擴張與社會可提供的正常滿足之間的矛盾 ;職業(yè)本身的巨大壓力 ;角色定位和自我認知上的偏差。調(diào)適的途徑主要是 :嚴格警察管理制度 ;培養(yǎng)“慎獨”意識 ;暢通宣泄渠道。
[Abstract]:The existence of deviant psychology leads to a series of problems in the police force. The main reasons for the police psychological conflict are as follows: the great changes brought about by the social transformation cause the unfit of part of the police psychology, the contradiction between the expansion of the individual desire of the police and the normal satisfaction provided by the society; Great pressure on the profession itself; deviation in role orientation and self-perception. The main ways of adjustment are: strict police management system; cultivate the consciousness of "cautious independence"; unblocked catharsis channel.
