【摘要】：目前在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的理論研究中 ,質(zhì)量管理已被普遍運(yùn)用于公共部門之中。筆者在對(duì)國(guó)外公共部門質(zhì)量管理研究的基礎(chǔ)上 ,并借助于他們的科學(xué)研究方法 ,將一些先進(jìn)的管理機(jī)制引入到我國(guó)公安部門中 ,以期能夠?qū)ξ覈?guó)各級(jí)公安部門、尤其是基層公安部門的質(zhì)量管理起到一種推動(dòng)或催化作用。
[Abstract]:At present, quality management has been widely used in the public sector in the theoretical research of developed countries. On the basis of the research on the quality management of the foreign public sector, and with the help of their scientific research methods, the author introduces some advanced management mechanisms into the public security departments of our country in order to be able to deal with the public security departments at all levels in our country. In particular, the quality management of public security departments at the grass-roots level plays a role in promoting or catalyzing.
