【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)在迅速發(fā)展，絕大多數(shù)人的收入和生活在改善，，但與此同時(shí),近些年來(lái)弱勢(shì)群體的生活狀況實(shí)際上有惡化的趨勢(shì)。解決的關(guān)鍵其實(shí)還是解決就業(yè)問(wèn)題，而最重要的是在于體制改革與優(yōu)化社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)、減小貧富差距。收入差距的擴(kuò)大很可能“誘使”低收入群體通過(guò)不正當(dāng)手段尋求新的財(cái)富增長(zhǎng)路徑，或以犯罪的形式表達(dá)自己對(duì)現(xiàn)處狀況的不滿。所有的人也都不會(huì)否認(rèn)，自從改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)生了很大的變化，犯罪增多亦是其中之一。正是對(duì)如上現(xiàn)象的思考，這里才試圖將中國(guó)刑事犯罪的演變情況納入到犯罪經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究框架內(nèi)予以考察，著重從經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)條件變遷特別是收入差距的不斷擴(kuò)大這個(gè)點(diǎn)切入，分析收入差距對(duì)犯罪率不斷攀升的影響及原因。 本文研究了自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)的時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)，收入差距與刑事犯罪率的關(guān)系。主要內(nèi)容分為兩大部分：第一部分詳細(xì)介紹了有關(guān)犯罪與收入差距理論及一些前人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究成果，從而為后文研究收入分配差距對(duì)犯罪率影響的作用機(jī)制作鋪墊，而收入差距對(duì)犯罪率影響的作用機(jī)制又是本文展開(kāi)研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，所以需要前期重點(diǎn)闡述清楚；第二部分就是收入差距與我國(guó)刑事犯罪率的實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證部分包括收入差距對(duì)刑事犯罪影響作用存在性的實(shí)證分析，以期對(duì)降低我國(guó)刑事犯罪率提出一些切實(shí)可行的政策建議。文中采用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型從定量角度揭示中國(guó)犯罪率與居民收入差距之間在長(zhǎng)期上和短期上的相關(guān)性，并結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn)材料和犯罪理論解釋產(chǎn)生這一關(guān)系的原因，為這一領(lǐng)域研究添磚加瓦。
[Abstract]:The economy is growing rapidly and the incomes and lives of most people are improving, but at the same time, the living conditions of the disadvantaged groups have actually deteriorated in recent years. The key to solve the problem is to solve the employment problem, and the most important is to reform the system and optimize the social structure to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor. The widening of the income gap is likely to "induce" low-income groups to seek new paths of wealth growth through improper means, or to express their dissatisfaction with their present situation in the form of crime. No one can deny that since the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in our society, and the increase in crime is one of them. It is the thinking of the above phenomenon that we try to bring the evolution of Chinese criminal crime into the framework of the study of criminal economics, focusing on the changes of economic and social conditions, especially the increasing income gap. This paper studies the relationship between income gap and criminal crime rate in the time range since the reform and opening up to the outside world. The main contents are divided into two parts: the first part introduces the theory of crime and income gap in detail and some previous experience research results, thus paving the way for the later study of the mechanism of the effect of income distribution gap on crime rate. The effect mechanism of income gap on crime rate is the starting point of this study, so we need to focus on the previous elaboration; the second part is the empirical analysis of income gap and criminal crime rate in China. The empirical part includes the empirical analysis of the effect of income gap on criminal crime, in order to put forward some practical policy suggestions to reduce the criminal crime rate in China. In this paper, the econometric model is used to reveal the long-term and short-term correlation between the crime rate and the income gap in China, and the reasons for this relationship are explained with empirical materials and crime theory. Contribute to the research in this field.
