【摘要】： 目前國(guó)內(nèi)監(jiān)獄日益重視罪犯的心理健康問(wèn)題，很多都建立了犯人的心理健康檔案，并開(kāi)始使用心理矯治的手段來(lái)幫助罪犯更快地適應(yīng)監(jiān)獄生活，更好地進(jìn)行勞動(dòng)改造。雖然這些實(shí)踐工作已經(jīng)在各地普遍開(kāi)展，但往往缺乏理論基礎(chǔ)的支持與理論上的深入研究。鑒于此，本研究通過(guò)對(duì)男性成年犯人際交往問(wèn)題的調(diào)查和分析，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練方案并進(jìn)行團(tuán)體干預(yù)，以提高男性成年犯的人際交往能力，減少人際沖突，改善人際關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上，建立一套專(zhuān)門(mén)的心理矯治模式，從而為今后罪犯人際交往方面的心理矯治工作提供理論依據(jù)。 本研究改編了《人際關(guān)系行為困擾診斷量表》，通過(guò)因素分析得到包括人際沖突、攻擊性、拘謹(jǐn)性、封閉性、自卑感和緘默性等六個(gè)因子，自編了《人際交往阻礙因素問(wèn)卷》，通過(guò)因素分析得出怯懦、清高、孤僻、自我中心和敏感易怒等五個(gè)因子，兩份問(wèn)卷均有較高的信效度。研究隨機(jī)抽取125名罪犯，通過(guò)了解人際交往的情況，以及結(jié)合各量表上的結(jié)果，設(shè)計(jì)了具有針對(duì)性的團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練方案。 本研究的被試共分為兩個(gè)組：干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)干預(yù)組8名成員進(jìn)行了為期10次、持續(xù)三個(gè)月的人際交往團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練，對(duì)照組8名成員不做任何處理。團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練結(jié)束后兩個(gè)月，對(duì)兩個(gè)組進(jìn)行了回訪。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：在人際交往行為困擾診斷量表上，兩組在總分上和自卑感因子上存在顯著性差異，干預(yù)組的改善情況明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；干預(yù)組前后測(cè)有極其顯著性差異，，經(jīng)過(guò)團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練干預(yù)組成員的人際關(guān)系困擾問(wèn)題明顯減少，拘謹(jǐn)性和緘默性?xún)蓚�(gè)因子上的得分下降明顯，差異達(dá)到顯著性水平。在人際交往阻礙因素問(wèn)卷上，兩組在總分上有顯著性差異，干預(yù)組的人際交往阻礙因素有一定的減輕，但各個(gè)因子上無(wú)差異；干預(yù)組的前后測(cè)在總分上有極其顯著性差異，團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練后情況得到明顯改善，在怯懦和敏感易怒因子上差異也達(dá)到顯著。干預(yù)組成員的自我報(bào)告說(shuō)明成員在人際交往方面，能力得到提高，人際關(guān)系有改善；對(duì)自己的評(píng)價(jià)更高，更加悅納自我。 本研究表明： 1、罪犯的人際關(guān)系行為困擾問(wèn)題通過(guò)針對(duì)性的團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練是可以加以改善的，交往中的阻礙因素也是可以減輕的。 2、在監(jiān)獄環(huán)境中，運(yùn)用本研究中的團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練方案來(lái)改善罪犯的人際關(guān)系和提高人際交往能力具有一定的可行性和有效性，但是在方案設(shè)計(jì)中需要注意針對(duì)監(jiān)獄和在押罪犯的具體情況。
[Abstract]:At present, domestic prisons pay more and more attention to the mental health of criminals, many of them have established mental health files of prisoners, and began to use psychological correction to help criminals adapt to prison life more quickly and carry out better re-education through labour. Although these practices have been widely carried out all over the world, they often lack the support of theoretical basis and theoretical in-depth research. In view of this, through the investigation and analysis of the interpersonal communication problems of male adult offenders, this study designed a group training program and carried out group intervention in order to improve the interpersonal ability of male adult offenders, reduce interpersonal conflicts and improve interpersonal relationships. On this basis, a set of special psychological correction model, In order to provide a theoretical basis for the psychological correction of criminals' interpersonal communication in the future, this study adapted the "Diagnostic scale for interpersonal relationship behavior disturbance", and through factor analysis, we got the following conclusions: interpersonal conflict, aggression, restraint, closeness, interpersonal conflict, aggression, restraint and closeness. Six factors, such as inferiority complex and mutism, were compiled by the author. Through factor analysis, five factors of cowardice, high level, isolation, self-centeredness and sensitive irritability were obtained. Both questionnaires had high reliability and validity. In this study, 125 criminals were randomly selected, and a group training program was designed according to the results of each scale. The subjects were divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group. Eight members of the intervention group were trained in interpersonal group for 10 times for three months, while 8 members in the control group were not treated. Two months after the group training, the two groups were visited back. The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in the total score and the inferiority factor, the improvement of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after the intervention. After group training, the interpersonal problems of the members of the intervention group decreased significantly, and the scores of the two factors of formality and mutism decreased significantly, and the difference reached a significant level. There was significant difference in the total score between the two groups in the questionnaire of interpersonal communication hindrance factors, but there was no difference in each factor in the intervention group, and there was a significant difference in the total score between the two groups before and after the intervention group. After group training, the condition improved obviously, and the difference in cowardice and sensitive irritability factor was also significant. The self-report of the members of the intervention group showed that their interpersonal skills had improved, their interpersonal relationships had improved, and their evaluation of themselves was higher. This study shows that: 1, the interpersonal relationship behavior problems of criminals can be improved through targeted group training, and the obstacles in communication can be alleviated. 2, in the prison environment, It is feasible and effective to use the group training program in this study to improve the interpersonal relationship and interpersonal ability of criminals, but in the design of the scheme, we should pay attention to the specific situation of prison and prisoners.
