【摘要】：我國歷來十分重視未成年人的健康成長，對預(yù)防和矯治未成年人犯罪、特別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪十分關(guān)注，能否把未成年人培養(yǎng)成為有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀(jì)律的一代新人，關(guān)系到祖國的事業(yè)是否后繼有人和合格的接班人問題，，關(guān)系到黨和國家的前途，關(guān)系到民族興衰的大事�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)是20世紀(jì)人類最偉大的發(fā)明，它對社會的進(jìn)步起著巨大的推動作用，給我們的生活帶來了極大的便利。但互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在創(chuàng)造物質(zhì)文明和精神文明的同時，也帶來了一些消極的影響，未成年人因網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪就是其中之一。網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的來臨必然給社會帶來一定的沖擊，尤其是對生理和心理都不成熟的未成年人，表現(xiàn)在對他們的價值觀和生活方式的巨大沖擊，由此引發(fā)的未成年人犯罪近幾年也呈上升的趨勢。為此，如何預(yù)防和減少未成年因網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪成為困擾社會各界的熱點(diǎn)問題。本文試圖分析未成年人因網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、特征及出現(xiàn)這種問題的原因，針對這些問題提出了加強(qiáng)對未成年人的法制教育及思想政治品德的教育，引導(dǎo)他們樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀。在教育中講究方式、方法和策略，爭取把未成年人的思想引導(dǎo)到健康向上的軌道上來，并針對這些問題提出了建立一套預(yù)警預(yù)防機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Our country has always attached great importance to the healthy growth of minors, paid great attention to the prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency, especially cybercrime, and whether minors can be trained into a new generation with ideals, morality, education and discipline. Whether the cause of the motherland is succeeded or not is related to the future of the Party and the country, and to the prosperity and decline of the nation. Internet is the greatest invention of human beings in the 20th century. It plays a great role in promoting social progress and brings great convenience to our life. But the Internet not only creates material civilization and spiritual civilization, but also brings some negative effects. The advent of the network age is bound to bring a certain impact to the society, especially to minors who are not mature physically and psychologically, which is manifested in the tremendous impact on their values and way of life. The juvenile delinquency caused by this has also been on the rise in recent years. Therefore, how to prevent and reduce juvenile cyber crime has become a hot issue in society. This paper attempts to analyze the present situation, characteristics and causes of the problems of minors due to cybercrime, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the education of legal system and ideological and political character of minors, and to guide them to establish a correct world outlook. Outlook on life, values. In education, we pay attention to ways, methods and strategies, and strive to guide the thinking of minors to a healthy and upward track, and put forward a set of early warning and prevention mechanism in view of these problems.
