【摘要】：當(dāng)前,未成年人犯罪的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量呈持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)和嚴(yán)重化態(tài)勢(shì),嚴(yán)重威脅著社會(huì)的安定,日益成為一個(gè)突出的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。未成年人犯罪是社會(huì)各種消極因素綜合作用的結(jié)果,它集中反映出當(dāng)前社會(huì)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、思想道德方面存在許多問(wèn)題和弊端。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,筆者從未成年人犯罪的社會(huì)原因及社會(huì)預(yù)防兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述,本文共分為二部分： 第一部分主要論述未成年人犯罪的社會(huì)原因。首先從家庭環(huán)境與未成年人犯罪之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行論述,介紹不良家庭結(jié)構(gòu)會(huì)影響家庭教育職能對(duì)未成年人的有效發(fā)揮；其次針對(duì)學(xué)校教育中存在的各種不合理因素對(duì)在校未成年人學(xué)業(yè)、心理、性格等多方面的影響進(jìn)行分析,闡明學(xué)校教育與未成年人犯罪之間有著密切關(guān)系；第三介紹了社區(qū)環(huán)境與未成年人犯罪之間的關(guān)系,從不同方面指出未成年人所居住、生活、工作、娛樂(lè)的社區(qū)環(huán)境,對(duì)其健康成長(zhǎng)至關(guān)重要；第四從不良資訊和不良交往與未成年人犯罪之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行論述,從不同層面上分別指出不良資訊與不良交往對(duì)未成年人起著潛移默化的作用,誘導(dǎo)其犯罪。 第二部分在前一部分論述的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合廣大學(xué)者的觀點(diǎn),對(duì)未成年人犯罪的社會(huì)預(yù)防提出建議。針對(duì)我國(guó)未成人犯罪的形勢(shì)與特點(diǎn),筆者建議采取更為有效的教育幫助和預(yù)防犯罪工作措施；探索有效的教育引導(dǎo)途徑；抓住未成年人犯罪行為演變的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)；針對(duì)基層矛盾集中的現(xiàn)狀,大力扶持未成年人事務(wù)管理機(jī)構(gòu);結(jié)合公安部門工作實(shí)際,采取有效措施,力爭(zhēng)為未成年人的健康成長(zhǎng)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)和諧、穩(wěn)定的社會(huì)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:At present, the quantity and quality of juvenile delinquency continue to increase and become serious, which seriously threaten the social stability and become an outstanding social problem. Juvenile delinquency is the result of all kinds of negative factors in society. It reflects the political, economic, cultural, ideological and moral aspects of the current society, there are many problems and drawbacks. In view of this phenomenon, the author discusses the social causes and social prevention of juvenile delinquency. This paper is divided into two parts: the first part mainly discusses the social causes of juvenile delinquency. Firstly, the relationship between family environment and juvenile delinquency is discussed, and the bad family structure will affect the effective exertion of family education function to minors. Secondly, this paper analyzes the influence of various unreasonable factors in school education on the study, psychology and personality of minors, and expounds the close relationship between school education and juvenile delinquency. The third part introduces the relationship between community environment and juvenile delinquency, and points out from different aspects that the community environment where minors live, work and entertain is of great importance to their healthy growth. Fourth, it discusses the relationship between bad information and bad communication and juvenile delinquency, and points out that bad information and bad communication play an imperceptible role on minors. In the second part, on the basis of the previous part, combined with the views of the majority of scholars, the author puts forward some suggestions on the social prevention of juvenile delinquency. In view of the situation and characteristics of juvenile delinquency in China, the author suggests to take more effective educational help and crime prevention measures, to explore effective educational guidance approaches, to grasp the key links in the evolution of juvenile delinquency; In view of the current situation of the concentration of contradictions at the grass-roots level, we should vigorously support the minor affairs management agencies, and take effective measures to create a harmonious and stable social environment for the healthy growth of minors, combining with the actual work of the public security departments.
