【摘要】：在現(xiàn)有法學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)上,有效拓展刑偵實(shí)驗(yàn)室的功能,對(duì)培養(yǎng)法學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新精神,提高他們的綜合素質(zhì)具有十分重要的意義。從改革傳統(tǒng)的法學(xué)教育理念、建立現(xiàn)代的法學(xué)教學(xué)綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)中心、建立面向社會(huì)并與法學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐有機(jī)結(jié)合的司法鑒定中心等方面進(jìn)行探索。對(duì)如何在高校建設(shè)一個(gè)新型刑偵實(shí)驗(yàn)室并有效拓展其社會(huì)功能提出意見和建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the existing law experiment teaching, it is of great significance to develop the function of criminal investigation laboratory effectively, to cultivate the innovative ability and spirit of law major students and to improve their comprehensive quality. This paper probes into the reform of the traditional concept of law education, the establishment of a modern comprehensive practical training center for law teaching, and the establishment of a judicial identification center which is oriented to the society and organically combined with the practice of law major students, and so on. Suggestions and suggestions on how to build a new criminal investigation laboratory in colleges and universities and effectively expand its social function are put forward.
