公安院校學(xué)員心理問(wèn)題與心理健康教育研究

【摘要】: 公安院校的學(xué)員是我國(guó)大學(xué)生中的一個(gè)特殊的群體,他們既是大學(xué)生,又是祖國(guó)的預(yù)備警官。公安院校大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況直接關(guān)系著未來(lái)我國(guó)公安隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì),關(guān)系著祖國(guó)的穩(wěn)定安寧和人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。然而,公安院校學(xué)員的心理健康狀況卻不容樂(lè)觀,公安院校學(xué)生的心理健康教育也一直處于空白狀態(tài),公安院校的心理健康教育的意識(shí)還淡薄。因此,通過(guò)對(duì)這一課題的研究來(lái)解決上述問(wèn)題,為我國(guó)公安隊(duì)伍輸送心理健康、素質(zhì)過(guò)硬、人格健全的合格人才,是本文的根本目的所在。 所謂心理健康是指一種持續(xù)良好的心境,個(gè)體在這種狀態(tài)下,其認(rèn)識(shí)活動(dòng)、情緒反應(yīng)特征、意志行動(dòng)處于積極狀態(tài),而且具有正常的適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)控能力,并能充分發(fā)揮其身心潛能。目前公安院校學(xué)員心理健康的基本狀況不容樂(lè)觀。一方面本文通過(guò)《SCL—90癥狀自評(píng)量表》的定量調(diào)查顯示,公安院校大學(xué)生在強(qiáng)迫、人際敏感、焦慮、敵對(duì)、偏執(zhí)、精神病六個(gè)指標(biāo)上的分?jǐn)?shù)高于全國(guó)青年常模,其中以強(qiáng)迫、敵對(duì)、偏執(zhí)、精神病四項(xiàng)為甚;調(diào)查還得出約27.49%的公安院校大學(xué)生存在一定程度的心理問(wèn)題。另一方面,本文根據(jù)筆者多年來(lái)從事公安院校教育工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行定性分析認(rèn)為,公安院校學(xué)員心理健康存在的具體問(wèn)題有學(xué)業(yè)問(wèn)題、情緒問(wèn)題、人際關(guān)系問(wèn)題、對(duì)警務(wù)化管理和警營(yíng)生活難以適應(yīng)四大問(wèn)題。造成以上問(wèn)題的原因是多反面的,主要原因存在與社會(huì)、家庭和學(xué)校因素之中。 針對(duì)上述公安院校學(xué)員的心理問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因,本文提出公安院校應(yīng)從七個(gè)基本途徑開(kāi)展學(xué)員心理健康教育:一、樹(shù)立心理健康教育的觀念;二、開(kāi)展心理健康調(diào)查,建立心理健康檔案開(kāi)展豐富多樣的心理咨詢服務(wù);三、增加心理學(xué)課程,系統(tǒng)講授心理學(xué)知識(shí);四、利用各種傳播媒介廣泛宣傳;五、幫助大學(xué)生完善個(gè)體自身調(diào)節(jié);六、創(chuàng)造良好的校園環(huán)境。此外,公安院校開(kāi)展心理健康教育中的過(guò)程中,應(yīng)針對(duì)公安院校學(xué)員的特點(diǎn)注意的兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:一是開(kāi)展心理健康教育應(yīng)體現(xiàn)公安院校特色;二是心理健康教育的重點(diǎn)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)員的心理健康意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The cadets of public security colleges are a special group of students in our country. They are both college students and reserve police officers of the motherland. The mental health of college students is directly related to the overall quality of our country's public security team, the stability and tranquillity of the motherland and the safety of the people's life and property. However, the state of mental health of students in public security colleges is not optimistic, the mental health education of students in public security colleges is still in a blank state, and the consciousness of psychological health education in public security colleges is still weak. Therefore, the basic purpose of this paper is to solve the above problems through the study of this subject, and to transport qualified personnel with mental health, excellent quality and sound personality for our country's public security forces. Mental health refers to a sustained good state of mind in which individuals are in a positive state of cognition, emotional response, willpower, and have a normal and appropriate ability to regulate. And can give full play to their physical and mental potential. At present, the basic state of mental health of the students in public security colleges is not optimistic. On the one hand, the quantitative investigation of SCL-90 symptom Checklist shows that the scores of college students in the six indexes of obsessive-compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation and psychosis are higher than the national youth norm. The investigation shows that 27.49% of the students in public security colleges have some psychological problems. On the other hand, according to the author's experience in the education of public security colleges for many years, the author thinks that the specific problems in the psychological health of the students in police colleges are academic problems, emotional problems, interpersonal problems, etc. It is difficult to adapt to the four major problems in the management of police affairs and the life of police battalion. The causes of these problems are multiple, the main reasons are social, family and school factors. In view of the psychological problems and the causes of the problems, this paper puts forward that the police colleges and universities should carry out mental health education from seven basic ways: first, establish the concept of mental health education; second, carry out mental health investigation. Set up mental health archives to carry out rich and varied psychological counseling services; third, increase psychological courses and systematically teach psychological knowledge; fourth, make use of various media to widely publicize; fifthly, help college students to perfect individual self-regulation; sixth, Create a good campus environment. In addition, in the process of carrying out mental health education in public security colleges and universities, two problems should be paid attention to according to the characteristics of the students in public security colleges and universities: first, the psychological health education should reflect the characteristics of public security colleges and universities; Second, the emphasis of mental health education is to cultivate students' awareness of mental health.
