【摘要】：毒品犯罪與環(huán)境犯罪,青少年犯罪,被視為當今世界三大公害,嚴重危害著我國的政治,經濟,文化發(fā)展,摧殘著人類的肉體和靈魂。毒品問題已經不僅僅是社會治安問題,它關系到社會穩(wěn)定,民族興衰,國家安定等重大政治問題。毒品犯罪就是故意違反國家禁毒管制法規(guī),破壞禁毒管制活動,擾亂社會管理秩序,危害公民健康,依法應受刑罰處罰的行為。毒品犯罪的形成原因,危害,預防措施都是現(xiàn)代毒品犯罪應當仔細研究的問題。
[Abstract]:Drug crime, environmental crime and juvenile crime are regarded as the three major public hazards in the world today, which seriously endanger the political, economic and cultural development of our country, and destroy the human body and soul. The drug problem is not only a social security problem, it is related to social stability, national prosperity and decline, national stability and other major political issues. Drug crime is an act that intentionally violates the national drug control laws and regulations, disrupts drug control activities, disturbs the social management order, endangers the health of citizens and should be punished by punishment according to law. The formation reason, harm and preventive measures of drug crime are problems that should be studied carefully in modern drug crime.
