【摘要】：當(dāng)前在我國(guó),職務(wù)犯罪有上升的趨勢(shì),犯罪人數(shù)越來(lái)越多、級(jí)別越來(lái)越高、涉案數(shù)額越來(lái)越大,其社會(huì)危害性越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,究其原因是多方面的。本文作者在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)職務(wù)犯罪的成因進(jìn)行了深入分析,對(duì)預(yù)防職務(wù)犯罪有重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a rising trend of duty crime in our country. The number of crime is more and more, the level is higher and higher, the involved amount is more and more large, its social harmfulness is more and more serious, the reason is various. On the basis of investigation and research, the author makes a thorough analysis of the causes of duty crime, which has important reference value for the prevention of duty crime.
