勞教人員希望問卷的編制及其干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:“希望”作為一種積極品質(zhì)和心理機(jī)制,與個(gè)體的心理發(fā)展及健康狀況密切相關(guān)。對(duì)勞教人員來說,希望則更具積極意義。本研究以Snyer希望理論為基礎(chǔ),通過編制勞教人員希望測(cè)查問卷,來探討勞教人員希望特質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn);然后采用團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方式,對(duì)其希望水平進(jìn)行干預(yù),以探索團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)提升勞教人員希望水平的作用。 本研究在文獻(xiàn)綜述、結(jié)構(gòu)訪談及開放式問卷的基礎(chǔ)上,以Snyder希望理論為參照,編制出勞教人員希望測(cè)查問卷。通過初測(cè)問卷的因素分析及考察其信效度后,最終確定了勞教人員希望問卷的正式版本。然后用正式問卷對(duì)勞教人員進(jìn)行施測(cè),并運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)勞教人員希望問卷的理論構(gòu)想進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)對(duì)勞教人員的希望特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析;最后隨機(jī)抽取24名勞教人員作為希望干預(yù)的對(duì)象,采用實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組前后測(cè)對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)范式,實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受一周兩次共八次希望主題團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo),對(duì)照組不予以干預(yù),干預(yù)結(jié)束一個(gè)月后進(jìn)行隨訪跟蹤。最后通過勞教人員希望問卷等工具及結(jié)合隨訪跟蹤結(jié)果來評(píng)估干預(yù)效果。 本研究得到以下結(jié)論: 一、勞教人員希望特質(zhì)具有自身獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu),其希望側(cè)面由社會(huì)希望、家庭希望、人際交往希望、工作希望、教育改造希望及娛樂休閑希望組成,每個(gè)希望側(cè)面均由動(dòng)力思維和途徑思維兩個(gè)維度構(gòu)成。 二、勞教人員希望特質(zhì)的特點(diǎn)包括: (1)總體來說,家庭希望和教育改造希望水平最高,途徑思維希望水平高于動(dòng)力思維希望水平。 (2)在年齡因素上,越年輕,娛樂休閑希望水平越高,而隨著年齡增長,教育改造途徑思維希望水平逐漸升高。 (3)在文化程度上,文化程度越高,工作希望水平越高。 (4)在已服勞教期因素上,教育改造途徑思維希望水平隨著入所時(shí)間的增加呈現(xiàn)U型曲線關(guān)系。 (5)在獨(dú)生子女因素上,非獨(dú)生子女在社會(huì)動(dòng)力思維希望水平上高于獨(dú)生子女,而在娛樂途徑思維水平上低于獨(dú)生子女。 (6)在婚姻因素上,已婚的勞教人員在家庭動(dòng)力思維希望水平上要明顯高于離婚、未婚和其他婚姻狀況的勞教人員;而娛樂希望水平則是未婚即其他婚姻狀況的勞教人員顯著高于已婚和離婚的勞教群體。 (7)在工作因素上,有工作的勞教群體除了在娛樂休閑希望上與無工作組沒有顯著差異,在社會(huì)、家庭、人際、工作、教育改造各個(gè)希望水平上都明顯高于無工作的勞教群體。 (8)在戶口所在地因素上,城鎮(zhèn)戶口勞教人員和農(nóng)村戶口勞教人員在希望水平上不存在顯著差異。 三、希望主題團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)能明顯提升勞教人員社會(huì)希望水平、人際交往希望水平、工作希望水平、教育改造希望水平及自我效能感水平。
[Abstract]:As a positive quality and psychological mechanism, Hope is closely related to individual psychological development and health status. For reeducation through labour, hope is more positive. On the basis of Snyer's theory of hope, this study explores the structure and characteristics of the desire of reeducation through labor through compiling the questionnaire on the hope of reeducation through labor, and then interacts with the level of hope through group counseling. In order to explore the role of group counseling to improve the level of hope for reeducation through labour. On the basis of literature review, structural interviews and open questionnaires, the questionnaire is compiled based on Snyder's theory of hope. Based on the factor analysis of the initial questionnaire and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the formal version of the questionnaire is determined. Then the formal questionnaire is used to test the reeducation through labor personnel, and the structural equation model is used to verify the theoretical conception of the questionnaire. At the same time, the characteristics of the hope of the reeducation through labour are analyzed. Finally, 24 reeducation workers were randomly selected as the objects of intervention. The experimental group received eight group counseling sessions twice a week, while the control group did not intervene. The patients were followed up one month after the intervention. Finally, the intervention effect was evaluated by means of questionnaire and follow-up results. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, the characteristics of reeducation through labour have their own unique structure. Their hopes are made up of social, family, interpersonal, job, educational, and recreational. Each aspect of hope consists of two dimensions: dynamic thinking and path thinking. Second, the characteristics of the desire of reeducation through labour include: 1) in general, the level of family hope and educational reform hope is the highest, and the level of path thinking hope is higher than that of dynamic thinking hope level. 2) the younger the age factor, the higher the level of entertainment and leisure hope, and the higher the level of thinking hope of educational reform approach is with the increase of age. At the level of education, the higher the level of job hope. 4) in terms of the factors in the period of serving re-education through labor, the level of thinking hope of the educational reform path presents a U-curve relationship with the increase of the time of entry. 5) in the factor of the only child, the level of the non-only child is higher than that of the only child in the social dynamic thinking, but the level of thinking in the entertainment way is lower than that of the only child. (6) in terms of marriage factors, the level of family dynamic thinking of married reeducation through labour is obviously higher than that of divorced, unmarried and other marital status. The level of entertainment hope is significantly higher than that of married and divorced reeducation through labor. 7) in terms of working factors, there is no significant difference between the working group and the working group in the hope of recreation and leisure, and in the social, family, interpersonal, work and educational reform, the level of hope of the working group is obviously higher than that of the non-working group of re-education through labour. (8) there was no significant difference in the level of hope between urban and rural residents. Thirdly, it is hoped that the subject group counseling can obviously improve the level of social hope, interpersonal communication, job hope, educational reform and self-efficacy of reeducation personnel.
