【摘要】：正一、涉黑組織犯罪主要盤踞和危害城市涉黑組織犯罪,是國際社會公認的最為嚴(yán)重的有組織犯罪形態(tài),與販毒、恐怖主義活動一并,被聯(lián)合國大會宣布為"世界三大犯罪災(zāi)難"。在我國,縱觀各犯罪態(tài)勢,涉黑組織犯罪可以說是其中發(fā)展最快,給社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和民眾生活秩序破壞最大的一種惡性犯罪。這種犯罪自90年代中期以來在我國就一直處于持續(xù)高峰期。雖然經(jīng)
[Abstract]:First, organized crime related to criminal activities dominates and endangers urban organized crime. It is recognized by the international community as the most serious form of organized crime, along with drug trafficking and terrorist activities.
