【摘要】：在建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)與和諧文化的背景下防治新生代農(nóng)民工犯罪,要求動(dòng)用文化的系統(tǒng)功能,通過(guò)“文化善治”的方法,來(lái)強(qiáng)化新生代農(nóng)民工的主體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、弱化外來(lái)歧視的沖擊力、營(yíng)造社區(qū)文化的親和力以及安排法制規(guī)范的調(diào)和力,最終消緩社會(huì)階層沖突,保障社會(huì)正常運(yùn)行。這是“新三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題在新生代農(nóng)民工層面、犯罪領(lǐng)域、城市空間和文化視閾內(nèi)的同時(shí)投射,意旨深遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:Against the background of building a harmonious society and harmonious culture, preventing and controlling the crimes of the new generation of migrant workers requires the use of the systematic function of culture and the method of "good governance of culture" to strengthen the main competitiveness of the new generation of migrant workers. Weakening the impact of external discrimination, building the affinity of community culture and arranging the harmony of legal norms, ultimately to ease the social class conflict, to ensure the normal operation of society. This is the "new three rural" problem in the new generation of migrant workers in the field of crime, urban space and cultural perspective at the same time projection, far-reaching significance.
