【摘要】:我國未成年人有3.67億,占人口的35%左右。從20世紀(jì)70年代術(shù)、80年代初起,我國未成年人犯罪率呈上升趨勢,并日漸成為一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題。預(yù)防和減少未成年人犯罪,是解決犯罪問題的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵,如何預(yù)防未成年人的違法犯罪既是一個(gè)法律問題,同時(shí)也是一個(gè)人們普遍關(guān)注的社會(huì)問題,違法犯罪的未成年人既是害人者,又是受害者,未成年人犯罪率上升成為影響社會(huì)治安的突出問題,預(yù)防學(xué)校未成年人犯罪,降低學(xué)校未成年人犯罪率,對(duì)維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定具有積極的意義。它事關(guān)未成年人成長,事關(guān)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,事關(guān)祖國的未來和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的偉大事業(yè)。未成年人的生理、心理特點(diǎn)以及家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)文化等方面的不良因素對(duì)未成年人犯罪有著重要的影響,其中,學(xué)校道德教育的缺失是導(dǎo)致未成人犯罪的重要因素。 隨著教育矯正逐漸成為解決未成年人犯罪問題的國際公認(rèn)做法,為有效預(yù)防未成年人犯罪,學(xué)校作為未成年人接受教育的重要場所,其承擔(dān)的責(zé)任是舉足輕重的,學(xué)校道德教育在預(yù)防未成年人犯罪中有著重要的作用,各級(jí)各類學(xué)校應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)道德教育,提高道德教育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性,,成為培養(yǎng)未成年人良好品德的重要場所,成為預(yù)防未成年人犯罪的堅(jiān)實(shí)陣地。培養(yǎng)具有堅(jiān)定的道德信念、健康的道德情感、頑強(qiáng)的道德意志和良好的道德習(xí)慣的年輕一代。 本文堅(jiān)持以馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想和科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),分析了研究該問題的重要性,從未成年人違法犯罪問題的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對(duì)未成年人犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和犯罪原因作了較為深入的闡述,并針對(duì)相關(guān)問題從學(xué)校道德教育視角提出構(gòu)建預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪的學(xué)校道德教育機(jī)制。全文由五個(gè)部分組成:第一部分是加強(qiáng)學(xué)校道德教育,預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪的重要性;第二部分是未成年人違法犯罪的現(xiàn)狀與主要特點(diǎn);第三部分是當(dāng)前學(xué)校道德教育存在的主要問題;第四部分是加強(qiáng)學(xué)校道德教育,有效預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪的基本對(duì)策。希望能給學(xué)校實(shí)際工作提供一些可行性的對(duì)策參考。
[Abstract]:There are 367 million minors in China, accounting for about 35% of the population. Since the early 1980s, the crime rate of minors in China has been on the rise and has become a serious social problem. The prevention and reduction of juvenile delinquency is a key to solve the problem of crime. How to prevent juvenile delinquency is not only a legal problem, but also a social problem of general concern. Minors who violate the law and commit crimes are both victims and victims. The rising crime rate of minors has become a prominent problem affecting public order. The prevention of juvenile delinquency in schools and the reduction of juvenile delinquency in schools, It is of positive significance to the maintenance of social stability. It concerns the growth of minors, social stability, the future of the motherland and the great cause of modernization. The physical and psychological characteristics of minors, as well as family, school, social and cultural factors have an important impact on juvenile delinquency, among which, the lack of moral education in schools is an important factor leading to juvenile delinquency. With the education correction gradually becoming the internationally recognized practice to solve the problem of juvenile delinquency, in order to effectively prevent juvenile delinquency, the school as an important place for minors to receive education, its responsibility is very important. School moral education plays an important role in the prevention of juvenile delinquency. All kinds of schools at all levels should strengthen and improve moral education, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education, and become an important place for the cultivation of minors' good moral character. To become a solid ground for the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Cultivate a young generation with strong moral beliefs, healthy moral feelings, strong moral will and good moral habits. Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of "three represents" and the scientific concept of development, this paper analyzes the importance of studying this problem and proceeds from the present situation of juvenile delinquency. This paper expounds the present situation, characteristics and reasons of juvenile delinquency, and puts forward a mechanism of school moral education to prevent juvenile delinquency from the angle of school moral education. The paper is composed of five parts: the first part is to strengthen the moral education in schools, the importance of preventing juvenile delinquency, the second part is the status quo and main characteristics of juvenile delinquency. The third part is the main problems existing in the current school moral education, the fourth part is the basic countermeasures to strengthen the school moral education and effectively prevent juvenile delinquency. Hope can provide some feasible countermeasure reference to the actual work of the school.
