【摘要】：犯罪心理分析技術(shù)及犯罪心理測(cè)試技術(shù)是在偵查實(shí)踐中日益發(fā)揮重要作用的兩種新型技術(shù)手段。二者有著密切的關(guān)系,在偵查中相互支持、相得益彰。在偵查中共同運(yùn)用,對(duì)疑難案件的偵破具有更加顯著的效果。要重視和加強(qiáng)對(duì)犯罪心理分析技術(shù)的研究和應(yīng)用,加強(qiáng)對(duì)犯罪心理測(cè)試技術(shù)的規(guī)范與管理,以更好地發(fā)揮其在疑難案件偵破中應(yīng)有的重要作用。
[Abstract]:The techniques of criminal psychological analysis and criminal psychological testing are two new techniques which play an increasingly important role in the investigation practice. There is a close relationship between the two, in the investigation of mutual support and complement each other. In the investigation, the joint use of the difficult case detection has a more significant effect. We should pay attention to and strengthen the research and application of criminal psychological analysis technology, strengthen the regulation and management of criminal psychological testing technology, so as to better play its important role in the detection of difficult cases.
