【摘要】:離子遷移譜技術(shù)是一種便攜式,靈敏度高的對(duì)微量有機(jī)物進(jìn)行分析的技術(shù),廣泛應(yīng)用在毒品、爆炸物探測(cè)和環(huán)境污染監(jiān)測(cè)等方面。 本文主要介紹了公安部第三研究所自行研制的離子遷移譜儀。介紹了離子遷移譜技術(shù)的基本理論和發(fā)展情況;描述了儀器的基本結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)各個(gè)主要部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹;并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了遷移管中離子—分子的反應(yīng)過程,討論了反應(yīng)物的選擇問題。針對(duì)儀器實(shí)際應(yīng)用中因?yàn)闇囟取鈮汉瓦w移電壓變化導(dǎo)致譜線位置變化的問題,在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,改進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,得到了更精確的氣壓補(bǔ)償系數(shù)。 本文還對(duì)儀器分辨率進(jìn)行了探討,對(duì)離子門電壓和門寬與分辨率的關(guān)系作了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,得到了適合我們儀器的最優(yōu)值;對(duì)遷移電場(chǎng)做了計(jì)算機(jī)模擬,發(fā)現(xiàn)我們儀器的電場(chǎng)比較均勻,說明儀器的結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理。 最后,,我們應(yīng)用儀器對(duì)一些毒品和爆炸物進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,在遷移溫度140℃下,都能夠得到這些樣品的譜圖和遷移率,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了樣品的定性檢測(cè),并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果做了一定分析。對(duì)一些爆炸物的混合物作了分離實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明儀器可以有效的分離這些混合物,最終建立了樣品的折合遷移率數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。
[Abstract]:Ion transfer spectroscopy is a portable and sensitive analytical technique for trace organic matter, which is widely used in drug, explosive detection and environmental pollution monitoring. This paper mainly introduces the ion migration spectrometer developed by the third institute of the Ministry of Public Security. The basic theory and development of ion transfer spectroscopy are introduced, the basic structure of the instrument is described, the main parts are introduced in detail, and the reaction process of ions and molecules in the migration tube is briefly introduced. The selection of reactants is discussed. In order to solve the problem that the change of spectral line position is caused by the change of temperature, pressure and migration voltage in the practical application of the instrument, the experimental scheme is improved on the basis of previous studies, and a more accurate compensation coefficient of pressure is obtained. In this paper, the resolution of the instrument is also discussed, the relationship between the ion gate voltage and the gate width and the resolution is experimentally verified, the optimum value suitable for our instrument is obtained, and the transfer electric field is simulated by computer. It is found that the electric field of our instrument is more uniform, which indicates that the structure of the instrument is reasonable. Finally, we used the instrument to analyze some drugs and explosives. At the transfer temperature of 140 鈩
