【摘要】: 隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加速,城市人口劇增,汽車日益普及。及由此引發(fā)了交通擁擠加劇,交通事故頻發(fā),交通環(huán)境惡化等嚴(yán)重問題。對(duì)此,城市交通管理職能部門在逐步完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的同時(shí),不斷加大科技投入,建立了信號(hào)控制、視頻監(jiān)控、交通誘導(dǎo),無線通訊等電子科技系統(tǒng)。但是,由于各交通要素種類繁多,信息量巨大,交管部門對(duì)于城市交通的日常管理和各項(xiàng)警務(wù)決策仍然缺乏科學(xué)依據(jù),效率低下。運(yùn)用各種高新技術(shù)和人工智能技術(shù)建立具有信息收集、分析、控制、反饋的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化交通管理警務(wù)決策支持機(jī)制來提高交通管理工作效率已迫在眉睫。 本文針對(duì)沈陽市交警支隊(duì)交通管理工作現(xiàn)狀,分析了沈陽城市道路交通管理面臨的突出問題和交通管理警務(wù)決策支持所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),提出了充分整合現(xiàn)有交通信息,建立警務(wù)決策支持機(jī)制提高警務(wù)決策支持水平的解決思路,深入細(xì)致的展開了對(duì)警務(wù)決策支持的研究。 本文沿著提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的邏輯思維脈絡(luò),構(gòu)建了基于交通地理信息系統(tǒng)的交通管理警務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)框架,討論了系統(tǒng)各模塊的功能、系統(tǒng)模型的設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。 本文通過對(duì)警務(wù)決策支持實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果的描述,得出了警務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)對(duì)交通管理警務(wù)決策的準(zhǔn)確性和決策效率均有所提高的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, the urban population is increasing dramatically and cars are becoming more and more popular. And this caused serious problems such as increasing traffic congestion, frequent traffic accidents and deterioration of traffic environment. In view of this, the function department of urban traffic management has gradually perfected the infrastructure construction, at the same time, has continuously increased the science and technology investment, has established the signal control, the video surveillance, the traffic guidance, the wireless communication and so on electronic science and technology system. However, due to the variety of traffic elements and the huge amount of information, traffic management departments still lack scientific basis and low efficiency for the daily management of urban traffic and various police decisions. It is urgent to establish a network traffic management decision-making support mechanism with information collection, analysis, control and feedback to improve the efficiency of traffic management by using all kinds of high and new technology and artificial intelligence technology. In view of the present situation of traffic management of Shenyang Traffic Police detachment, this paper analyzes the prominent problems faced by Shenyang urban road traffic management and the challenges faced by traffic management police decision support, and puts forward the full integration of existing traffic information. To establish a police decision support mechanism to improve the level of police decision-making support, in-depth and meticulous research on police decision-making support. In this paper, a framework of traffic management police decision support system based on traffic geographic information system (TGIS) is constructed, and the functions of each module of the system are discussed. The design of the system model and the operation mechanism of the system. Based on the description of the practical application effect of police decision support, this paper draws the conclusion that the police decision support system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of traffic management police decision-making.
