【摘要】：隨著外來(lái)人口越來(lái)越多地涌入上海,外來(lái)人口二代的犯罪數(shù)量急劇上升,嚴(yán)重影響了上海市民的安全感,本文從多角度分析了外來(lái)人口二代的犯罪原因,總結(jié)了目前外來(lái)人口二代犯罪的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)于如何有效預(yù)防外來(lái)人口二代犯罪提出自己的意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing influx of the foreign population into Shanghai, the number of crimes of the second generation of the foreign population has risen sharply, which has seriously affected the sense of security of the residents of Shanghai. This paper analyzes the reasons for the crime of the second generation of the foreign population from various angles. This paper summarizes the present situation of the second generation crime of the foreign population, and puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent the crime of the second generation of the foreign population effectively.
