【摘要】：加入世界貿(mào)易組織 ,直接參與世界范圍的經(jīng)濟競爭 ,在給我國帶來新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)的同時 ,也會給我國的政治、經(jīng)濟帶來新的變動 ,給社會治安帶來新情況、新問題 :由農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場面臨沖擊 ,農(nóng)民就業(yè)和收入受限而產(chǎn)生影響社會穩(wěn)定的因素 ;成本高、技術(shù)水平低、創(chuàng)新能力差、管理落后、產(chǎn)品供大于求的企業(yè)將面臨較大沖擊 ;開放服務(wù)性行業(yè) ,會引起國際間聯(lián)動和社會振蕩 ;政企不分、以特權(quán)獲取壟斷利潤的企業(yè)和行業(yè)將面臨入世壓力 ;國家對經(jīng)濟進行戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整、建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)、減員增效 ,會產(chǎn)生短期下崗陣痛。同時 ,某些西方國家對我國的政治、經(jīng)濟和文化滲透將加強 ,出入境管理、外國人管理等任務(wù)加重。公安機關(guān)必須更新觀念
[Abstract]:Joining the World Trade Organization and directly participating in the worldwide economic competition will not only bring new opportunities and challenges to our country, but also bring new changes to our country's politics and economy, and bring new conditions to social security. New problems: factors that affect social stability due to the impact of agriculture and the market for agricultural products, limited employment and income of farmers; high cost, low level of technology, poor ability of innovation, backward management, Enterprises with oversupply of products will face a great impact, open service industries will cause international linkage and social oscillations, enterprises and industries will face the pressure of WTO entry if they do not distinguish between government and enterprises and obtain monopoly profits by privileges. The country carries on the strategic adjustment to the economy, establishes the modern enterprise, reduces the staff efficiency, can produce the short-term laid-off labor pain.
