【摘要】：由于警察文化作為一種理論和管理理念在國內(nèi)得到認(rèn)同僅是近幾年的事情,因而警察文化觀念和理論的很多難點(diǎn)與熱點(diǎn)問題都沒有取得共識,各種各樣的警察文化概念混淆不清,令人無所適從,并進(jìn)而在警察文化建設(shè)實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)了種種誤區(qū)和偏差。主要表現(xiàn)為警察文化虛無論,警察文化建設(shè)的極端化、盲目性、隨意性、形式化、片面化、表層化和割裂化等。要走出這些誤區(qū)、糾正這些偏差,必須正確認(rèn)識警察文化的存在與本質(zhì),堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,科學(xué)確立警察文化建設(shè)的核心與目標(biāo),正確把握警察文化建設(shè)導(dǎo)向,實(shí)現(xiàn)警察文化全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

All kinds of concepts of police culture are confused and confused, which leads to various misunderstandings and deviations in the practice of police culture construction.
