【摘要】：由于警察文化作為一種理論和管理理念在國(guó)內(nèi)得到認(rèn)同僅是近幾年的事情,因而警察文化觀念和理論的很多難點(diǎn)與熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題都沒(méi)有取得共識(shí),各種各樣的警察文化概念混淆不清,令人無(wú)所適從,并進(jìn)而在警察文化建設(shè)實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)了種種誤區(qū)和偏差。主要表現(xiàn)為警察文化虛無(wú)論,警察文化建設(shè)的極端化、盲目性、隨意性、形式化、片面化、表層化和割裂化等。要走出這些誤區(qū)、糾正這些偏差,必須正確認(rèn)識(shí)警察文化的存在與本質(zhì),堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,科學(xué)確立警察文化建設(shè)的核心與目標(biāo),正確把握警察文化建設(shè)導(dǎo)向,實(shí)現(xiàn)警察文化全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As police culture has been recognized as a theory and management concept in China in recent years, there is no consensus on many difficult and hot issues in police culture and theory. All kinds of concepts of police culture are confused and confused, which leads to various misunderstandings and deviations in the practice of police culture construction. It is mainly manifested in the empty nature of police culture, the extreme, blindness, arbitrariness, formalization, one-sided, topicalization and fragmentation of the construction of police culture. In order to get out of these misunderstandings and correct these deviations, we must correctly understand the existence and essence of police culture, adhere to the combination of theory and practice, scientifically establish the core and goal of the construction of police culture, and correctly grasp the orientation of the construction of police culture.
