【摘要】： 非傳統(tǒng)安全在國際關(guān)系領(lǐng)域扮演著越來越重要的角色,使得對非傳統(tǒng)安全的研究持續(xù)升溫,非傳統(tǒng)安全的問題正受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者越來越多的關(guān)注。網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全是非傳統(tǒng)安全領(lǐng)域中一個既新穎又復(fù)雜的課題,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)的迅速普及和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的超速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全在國家安全中的地位正逐步上升,逐步受到相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究人員的重視。有更多的學(xué)者、專家和組織投入時(shí)間、精力去研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與國家安全相互關(guān)系、相互影響,應(yīng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的戰(zhàn)略舉措。 計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的快速發(fā)展給國際關(guān)系領(lǐng)域的研究帶來一系列問題�，F(xiàn)代社會各行各業(yè)都開始廣泛應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)及計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)、管理、運(yùn)作,對計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的依賴逐步加深,這就使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全對國家安全產(chǎn)生重要的影響,并逐漸成為國家安全中的一個重要因素,成為國際關(guān)系學(xué)者研究的一個重要方面。對什么是網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全有何重要性、與國家安全的關(guān)系如何、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全包含哪些問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究,探討如何應(yīng)對這些問題,分析總結(jié)我國在該領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)對策與戰(zhàn)略措施,對于我國國家安全及其理論研究都有著重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章意圖通過一個比較綜合全面的角度去研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的相關(guān)問題,系統(tǒng)分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全在國家安全的重要性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與國家安全的相互關(guān)系,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與政治安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、軍事安全、文化安全等的相互關(guān)系,分析當(dāng)今社會中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全所涉及到的主要問題及其特征,并對相關(guān)問題作出一些解釋,分析我國目前在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全領(lǐng)域所面臨的一些問題及挑戰(zhàn),并試圖對我國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全戰(zhàn)略提出一些自己的看法以及有積極意義的建議。
[Abstract]:Non-traditional security plays a more and more important role in the field of international relations, which makes the study of non-traditional security continue to heat up. The issue of non-traditional security is attracting more and more attention from domestic and foreign scholars. Network security is a novel and complex subject in the field of non-traditional security. With the rapid popularization of computers and the rapid development of network, the status of network security in national security is gradually rising. Gradually attracted the attention of researchers in related fields. More scholars, experts and organizations invest time and energy to study the relationship between network security and national security, influence each other, and deal with the strategic measures of network security. The rapid development of computer network brings a series of problems to the research of international relations. In modern society, computers and computer networks have been widely used in production, management and operation, and the dependence on computer networks has gradually deepened, which makes network security have an important impact on national security. And has gradually become an important factor in national security and an important aspect of international relations scholars. What is network security, what is the importance of network security, what is the relationship between network security and national security, what problems network security contains, and how to deal with these problems are discussed. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and summarize the relevant countermeasures and strategic measures in this field for our country's national security and its theoretical research. This paper intends to study the related issues of network security through a relatively comprehensive and comprehensive perspective, and systematically analyze the importance of network security in national security, the relationship between network security and national security, and the relationship between network security and political security. The relationship among economic security, military security, cultural security and so on. The main problems and characteristics of network security in today's society are analyzed, and some explanations are given to the related problems. This paper analyzes some problems and challenges in the field of network security in our country, and tries to put forward some opinions and positive suggestions on our country's network security strategy.
