【摘要】: 在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境及信息化、全球化的背景下,各級(jí)政府對組織成員的素質(zhì)和能力要求越來越高,組織成員的職業(yè)壓力日漸增大,各種與職業(yè)壓力相關(guān)的生理和心理問題不斷增多,個(gè)人和組織的工作效率受到了很大影響。因此了解組織成員的職業(yè)壓力狀況并對其進(jìn)行有效地管理成為人力資源管理的一項(xiàng)重要課題。 警察職業(yè)屬于高應(yīng)激高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的職業(yè)。據(jù)研究,在所有應(yīng)激性職業(yè)中,警察的工作所承受的心理壓力指數(shù)高居首位。不適度的職業(yè)壓力除了會(huì)使員工的心理,生理和行為產(chǎn)生一系列的異常反應(yīng)外,還會(huì)影響警察工作滿意感,阻礙其工作積極性的發(fā)揮,甚至?xí)蛊洚a(chǎn)生消極的生活態(tài)度,對社會(huì)帶來負(fù)面影響。本論文在對以往文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,自編問卷,開展上海市警察職業(yè)壓力的調(diào)查,分析研究警察的職業(yè)壓力及工作滿意感現(xiàn)狀,探討職業(yè)壓力對工作滿意感的影響,并根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出建議,希望可以為緩解警察職業(yè)壓力和警察的管理決策提供參考。全文共分六章。 第一章為緒論。介紹了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、信息化、全球化背景下公安機(jī)關(guān)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及警察職業(yè)壓力的現(xiàn)狀,選題意義及國內(nèi)外對警察職業(yè)壓力的研究現(xiàn)狀,并說明論文的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。 第二章為職業(yè)壓力相關(guān)理論及研究模型和研究假設(shè)的提出。主要對職業(yè)壓力的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行述評(píng),在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出論文的研究模型和研究假設(shè)。 第三章為問卷調(diào)查說明。主要對調(diào)查問卷設(shè)計(jì)、問卷調(diào)查的程序、問卷樣本、數(shù)據(jù)處理方法等進(jìn)行說明,并對問卷信度與效度進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。 第四章為問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果分析。在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對上海警察職業(yè)壓力和工作滿意感的總體情況,不同個(gè)人屬性對職業(yè)壓力的影響,以及職業(yè)壓力對工作滿意感的影響進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并對研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行討論。 第五章為緩解上海市警察職業(yè)壓力的管理建議。針對統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果和討論,提出建立警察工作減壓機(jī)制、營造有利的社會(huì)執(zhí)法環(huán)境、做好警察個(gè)人職業(yè)生涯管理、提高組織管理水平、根據(jù)不同個(gè)人背景完善各種減壓措施等具體緩解上海市警察職業(yè)壓力的管理建議。 第六章為研究結(jié)論和展望。總結(jié)了論文的主要研究結(jié)論,分析了論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和局限,同時(shí)對未來的研究做出展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of market economy, information technology and globalization, governments at all levels have higher and higher demands on the quality and ability of the members of the organization, and the professional pressure of the members of the organization is increasing day by day. Various physiological and psychological problems related to occupational stress are increasing, and the working efficiency of individuals and organizations is greatly affected. Therefore, it is an important task of human resource management to understand the occupational stress of organization members and manage them effectively. The police profession belongs to the high stress and high risk occupation. According to the study, in all stress occupations, the work of the police stress index is the highest. In addition to causing a series of abnormal reactions to the psychological, physical and behavioral behaviors of employees, improper professional stress will also affect the job satisfaction of the police, hinder their work enthusiasm, and even lead to a negative attitude towards life. Have a negative impact on society. On the basis of the previous literature, this paper makes a questionnaire to investigate the occupational stress of police in Shanghai, analyzes the present situation of the professional pressure and job satisfaction of the police, and probes into the influence of the occupational pressure on the job satisfaction. According to the results of the study, some suggestions are put forward, which can be used as a reference for relieving the professional pressure of the police and the management decision of the police. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper introduces the challenges faced by the public security organs under the background of knowledge economy, information technology and globalization, the present situation of the police professional pressure, the significance of selecting the topic and the present situation of the research on the police professional pressure at home and abroad, and explains the research contents and research methods of the paper. The second chapter is the theory of occupational stress, research model and research hypotheses. On the basis of the review of relevant theories of occupational stress, this paper puts forward the research model and hypothesis. The third chapter is the questionnaire survey. The design of the questionnaire, the procedure of the questionnaire, the sample of the questionnaire, the method of data processing and so on are explained, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the results of the questionnaire. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the overall situation of Shanghai police's occupational stress and job satisfaction, the influence of different personal attributes on occupational stress, and the influence of occupational stress on job satisfaction by using SPSS statistical software. The results are discussed. The fifth chapter is the management suggestion of relieving the occupational pressure of Shanghai police. In view of the statistical results and discussions, it is proposed to establish the mechanism of police work decompression, to create a favorable social law enforcement environment, to do a good job in the management of police personal career, and to improve the level of organization and management. According to different personal background to improve the various relief measures and other specific measures to alleviate the professional pressure of Shanghai police management recommendations. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research. This paper summarizes the main research conclusions, analyzes the innovation and limitation of the paper, and makes a prospect for the future research.
