【摘要】：本文圍繞新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察價值觀及其教育研究問題,以馬克思主義國家觀、警察觀和價值觀的學(xué)說,特別是中國共產(chǎn)黨的“三個代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、階級分析、價值分析、文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究和歸納研究等方法,從分析研究警察的歷史、內(nèi)涵和特征入手,對在新世紀(jì)新的歷史條件下社會主義中國警察的價值的內(nèi)涵和特征,社會主義中國警察價值觀的本質(zhì)特征、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,社會主義中國警察價值觀教育的內(nèi)容、地位、作用和途徑、方法等基本問題進(jìn)行了理性思考和研究探索。 文章共分三個部分:第一部分:新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察價值觀及其教育的內(nèi)涵,重點(diǎn)闡述了警察、警察的價值、警察的價值觀和警察價值觀教育的概念和時代特征,突出了社會主義中國警察的政治價值、社會價值和經(jīng)濟(jì)價值的歷史轉(zhuǎn)變;第二部分:新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察價值觀的本質(zhì)特征、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,重點(diǎn)闡述了社會主義中國警察的“全心全意為人民服務(wù)”價值觀本質(zhì)和價值觀的黨性、實(shí)踐性、科學(xué)性,以及價值觀結(jié)構(gòu)的歷史方位感、社會秩序信念、社會規(guī)范意識、價值實(shí)踐意識、價值本位意識等五個方面和價值觀功能的政治導(dǎo)向、行為規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評價三大功能;第三部分:新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察價值觀教育,重點(diǎn)闡述了價值觀教育的內(nèi)容、地位、作用和途徑、方法等基本問題。 論文的實(shí)踐意義在于可以深化對“三個代表”重要思想的理解,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察價值觀教育、思想建設(shè)及其整體建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察專政和民主的職能,讓“三個代表”重要思想內(nèi)化為新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察的信念、信仰和理想,外化為全面建設(shè)小康社會具體行動,使“三個代表”重要思想在新世紀(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿娼ㄔO(shè)小康社會的強(qiáng)大物質(zhì)力量。 論文的理論意義在于可以豐富新世紀(jì)社會主義中國警察價值觀及其教育的一般性理論研究;探討社會主義中國警察的價值及其價值觀,有利于豐富警察專政和民主的理論;探討社會主義中國警察價值觀及其教育的主要內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn),有助于理解警察價值觀的中國特點(diǎn)和時代特征,豐富和深化警察的意識形態(tài)理論和思想政治
[Abstract]:This paper revolves around the socialist Chinese police values and their educational research in the new century, guided by the Marxist view of state, the view of police and the theory of values, especially the important thought of "three represents" of the Communist Party of China. Using the methods of integrating theory with practice, class analysis, value analysis, literature research, investigation and research, and so on, starting with the analysis and study of the history, connotation and characteristics of the police, With regard to the connotation and characteristics of the value of the socialist Chinese police under the new historical conditions of the new century, the essential characteristics, structure and functions of the values of the socialist Chinese police, the content and status of the education of the values of the socialist Chinese police, Role and approach, methods and other basic issues for rational thinking and research exploration. The article is divided into three parts: the first part: the new century socialism Chinese police value and its education connotation, has elaborated the police, the police value, the police value and the police value education concept and the time characteristic emphatically, It highlights the historical changes of the political, social and economic values of the socialist Chinese police. The practical significance of the thesis lies in deepening the understanding of the important thought of the "three represents", strengthening and improving the education of the socialist Chinese police values in the new century, the ideological construction and its overall construction. To give full play to the functions of the socialist Chinese police dictatorship and democracy in the new century, to internalize the important thinking of "three represents" into the conviction, belief and ideal of the socialist Chinese police in the new century, and to externalize it into concrete actions for building a well-off society in an all-round way. In the new century, the important thought of "three represents" should be transformed into a powerful material force for building a well-off society in an all-round way. The theoretical significance of the thesis is that it can enrich the general theoretical research on the values and education of the socialist Chinese police in the new century, and probe into the values and values of the socialist Chinese police, which is conducive to enriching the theory of police dictatorship and democracy.
