【摘要】：當前經(jīng)偵工作面臨的突出矛盾主要有以下幾個方面：經(jīng)濟犯罪的嚴重危害性與社會公眾、偵查主體的認知相對滯后的矛盾；經(jīng)偵執(zhí)法實踐中的國家利益與地方利益以及地方利益之間的矛盾；經(jīng)濟犯罪的跨區(qū)域性、結(jié)伙性與經(jīng)偵工作尚未形成統(tǒng)一的格局，各自為政，各行其是的矛盾；經(jīng)濟犯罪活動的智能性、隱蔽性與經(jīng)偵人員素質(zhì)不相適應(yīng)、偵查手段相對滯后的矛盾；經(jīng)偵任務(wù)的長期性、艱巨性與經(jīng)偵工作基礎(chǔ)薄弱、后勁嚴重不足的矛盾。為此，，要使我國的經(jīng)偵工作協(xié)調(diào)、有序地發(fā)展，必須在思想觀念、經(jīng)偵體制與相關(guān)司法制度、經(jīng)偵運行機制、隊伍建設(shè)與基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)建設(shè)等方面加強改革。
[Abstract]:The prominent contradictions facing the current economic investigation work mainly include the following aspects: the serious harmfulness of the economic crime and the social public, the relative lag of the cognition of the investigative subject; the contradiction between the national interests and the local interests and the local interests in the practice of economic investigation and law enforcement; the cross regional nature of economic crime, the partnership and the economic investigation work It has not yet formed a unified pattern, and each has its own contradictions; the intelligence of the economic crime activities, the incompatibility with the quality of the economic investigation personnel, the relative lag of the investigation means, the long-term nature of the economic investigation task, the arduous nature of the economic investigation work, the weak foundation of the economic investigation and the serious insufficiency of the rear force. Coordinated and orderly development, we must strengthen the reform in the aspects of ideological concept, the economic investigation system and the relevant judicial system, the mechanism of economic investigation and operation, the construction of the team and the construction of basic business.
