【摘要】： 隨著社會的發(fā)展,改革的深入,對外開放的擴大,社會生活節(jié)奏的加快,市場經(jīng)濟的多元化,以及一些不良思想、文化和生活方式的侵蝕,使我國未成年人犯罪數(shù)量越來越多,從而引起社會各界的關注。 本篇論文分為三章,第一章分析的是未成年人犯罪的原因。未成年人犯罪的原因是各方面的因素引起的,既有自身的原因,自身的原因又分為生理和心理上的原因,也有家庭、學校、社會的原因,當然在這三種原因里,每種都包含著不同的因素。 第二章分析的是未成年人犯罪的特點。現(xiàn)在未成年人犯罪的特點越來越突出,如犯罪的團伙性;犯罪的低齡化趨勢;犯罪手段的成人化、智能化;犯罪數(shù)量增加的趨勢;犯罪動機的荒誕性;犯罪以侵犯財產(chǎn)為主等等。 第三章是針對未成年人犯罪的原因、特點,一般來說,筆者認為未成年人犯罪是可以預防的,從國法立法的完善,再到制度的改革,再針對具體原因具體解決的方針,如培養(yǎng)未成年人的法律意識和社會責任感;加強家庭教育和加強學校教育;加強社會管理;加強社會保障為其提供就業(yè)機遇;建立完善的預防未成年人犯罪的信息系統(tǒng);再犯罪的預防;實現(xiàn)預防未成年人犯罪的綜合治理等。 希望本文能夠為預防未成年人犯罪,維護社會治安和穩(wěn)定,構(gòu)建和諧社會盡到一點兒綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society, the deepening of reform, the expansion of opening to the outside world, the quickening of the pace of social life, the diversification of the market economy, and the erosion of some bad ideas, culture and life style, the number of juvenile delinquency in our country is more and more, which has aroused the concern of all circles of society.
This article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter analyzes the cause of juvenile delinquency. The cause of the juvenile delinquency is caused by various factors. It has its own reasons, its own reasons are also divided into physiological and psychological reasons, family, school, social reasons, and of course, each of these three reasons contains different kinds of reasons. Factor.
The second chapter analyzes the characteristics of the juvenile delinquency. The characteristics of the juvenile delinquency are becoming more and more prominent, such as the gangs of the crime, the trend of the low age of crime, the adult and intelligence of the crime means, the trend of the increase in the number of crimes, the absurdity of the crime motive, the crime of infringing property and so on.
The third chapter is aimed at the causes and characteristics of juvenile delinquency. Generally speaking, the author thinks that the juvenile delinquency can be prevented, from the perfection of the legislation of the state law, to the reform of the system, and to the specific reasons for specific reasons, such as the cultivation of the legal consciousness and social responsibility of the minors, the strengthening of the family education and the strengthening of the school education. To strengthen social management, strengthen social security to provide employment opportunities, establish a perfect information system for the prevention of juvenile delinquency, prevent crime and realize comprehensive prevention of juvenile delinquency.
I hope this article can help to prevent juvenile delinquency, maintain social order and stability, and build a harmonious society.
