【摘要】：正 2003年11月6日至8日,由中國人民公安大學主辦,廣西警官高等�？茖W校承辦的全國第二屆治安學學術(shù)研討會暨首屆治安系主任論壇在廣西南寧召開。全國除西藏和青海以外各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市的三十余所公安院校和武漢大學、西北政法大學公安學院、西南政法大學、中南財經(jīng)政法大學、安徽大學公安學院、黑龍江大學法學院等院校的有關(guān)專家、學者和來自吉林省公安廳、黑龍江省公安廳、天津市公安局和重慶市公安局等實戰(zhàn)部門的同志參加了會議。與會者就治安學基礎理論(主要包括治安學的學科性質(zhì)、學科歸屬、研究對象、基本范疇、學科體系、研究方法及其與相關(guān)學科的關(guān)系等方面),治安學理論研究與治安實踐的關(guān)系,治安學教學改革(主要包括專
[Abstract]:From November 6 to 8, 2003, the second National Symposium on Public Security and the first Forum of the head of the Department of Public Security was held in Nanning, Guangxi, sponsored by the people's Public Security University of China and hosted by Guangxi Police officers College. There are more than 30 public security colleges and universities and Wuhan University in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities except Tibet and Qinghai, the Public Security College of Northwest University of political Science and Law, the Southwest University of political Science and Law, the Central South University of Finance and Economics and Law, and the Public Security School of Anhui University. Experts, scholars and comrades from Jilin Province Public Security Department, Heilongjiang Province Public Security Bureau, Tianjin Public Security Bureau and Chongqing Public Security Bureau attended the meeting. The participants discussed the basic theory of public order (including the nature of the discipline, the attribution of the subject, the object of study, the basic category, the discipline system, etc.) The research methods and their relationship with related disciplines, the relationship between the theoretical research of public order and the practice of public security, and the reform of the teaching of public order (including specialized education)
