【摘要】： 現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，極大地推進(jìn)了辦公自動(dòng)化的發(fā)展，傳真機(jī)以其快速、準(zhǔn)確、真實(shí)的傳送各種信息內(nèi)容的特點(diǎn)，成為辦公自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域不可或缺的通信工具。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的推進(jìn)以及改革開(kāi)放的深入，在國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位和個(gè)體經(jīng)商者日常工作和經(jīng)濟(jì)往來(lái)中，經(jīng)常利用傳真機(jī)傳輸信件、合同、訂單和票據(jù)等文件；涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)往來(lái)的增加，也使得傳真機(jī)的遠(yuǎn)程傳輸?shù)膬?yōu)勢(shì)日益突出。然而，在傳真機(jī)的普遍使用給生活、工作帶來(lái)便捷的同時(shí)，，利用傳真文件犯罪的行為以及傳真件此發(fā)經(jīng)濟(jì)糾紛的案件也逐年上升。目前司法鑒定文件檢驗(yàn)領(lǐng)域的研究，大多是針對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)打印文書、靜電復(fù)印文書的檢驗(yàn)鑒定方法，對(duì)傳真文件卻鮮有涉及。同時(shí)，國(guó)內(nèi)傳真文件檢驗(yàn)大多是建立在個(gè)案上的檢驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及一般方法介紹，尚未形成系統(tǒng)的檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)，并且更多地是針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的熱敏紙類型的傳真機(jī)的研究，而對(duì)新出現(xiàn)并已普遍使用的噴墨式、色帶熱轉(zhuǎn)印式、激光復(fù)印記錄式傳真機(jī)乃至多功能傳真一體機(jī)所形成的傳真文件研究較少。筆者在西南政法大學(xué)司法鑒定中心實(shí)習(xí)中，遇到傳真文件檢驗(yàn)的個(gè)案時(shí)，也常感到傳真文件檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)理論研究及檢驗(yàn)方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的匱乏。為此，有必要對(duì)傳真文件的檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的探索，研究傳真文件的周期性痕跡特征，進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)這些特征形成的原因、特點(diǎn)與變化規(guī)律。 本文的寫作立意及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于： 第一，調(diào)查了解目前普遍使用的傳真機(jī)的品牌、型號(hào)，收集各類傳真機(jī)的機(jī)型資料，充實(shí)傳真文件檢驗(yàn)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，更新與傳真文件有關(guān)的傳真機(jī)機(jī)型數(shù)據(jù)，為傳真文件的檢驗(yàn)提供了數(shù)據(jù)資料。 第二，查閱傳真技術(shù)相關(guān)論著，詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了傳真機(jī)工作原理及運(yùn)作過(guò)程，通過(guò)分析傳真機(jī)各部件的技術(shù)性能及工作狀態(tài)，闡明反映到傳真文件上的各種痕跡特征及其產(chǎn)生原理，為傳真文件的檢驗(yàn)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 第三，通過(guò)傳真試驗(yàn)，結(jié)合傳真文件檢驗(yàn)的案例，在歸納總結(jié)前人有關(guān)傳真文件的痕跡特征論述的基礎(chǔ)上，從種類特征和個(gè)別特征兩個(gè)層面，系統(tǒng)地論述了傳真文件的痕跡特征，闡明了傳真痕跡特征的普遍性及特殊性、穩(wěn)定性及客觀再現(xiàn)性，論述這些痕跡特征的價(jià)值及如何在檢驗(yàn)中運(yùn)用。特別需要說(shuō)明的是，本研究豐富和完善了傳真文件檢驗(yàn)所依據(jù)的痕跡特征，如紙張規(guī)格特征、記錄方式特征、傳真報(bào)頭特征等等。此外，還通過(guò)實(shí)際檢案，驗(yàn)證了文獻(xiàn)記載的傳真文件檢驗(yàn)的某些方法尚缺乏普遍應(yīng)用的可靠性。 本文主要由三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容組成。 第一章主要是傳真技術(shù)的概述。本章從傳真機(jī)發(fā)展概況、傳真機(jī)的工作原理及傳真機(jī)的基本組成三方面進(jìn)行論述。在參考傳真技術(shù)論著、調(diào)查收集傳真機(jī)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了傳真技術(shù)發(fā)展的歷史及現(xiàn)狀，傳真機(jī)的分類及目前市場(chǎng)上傳真機(jī)的銷售量和使用情況；系統(tǒng)地闡述了傳真機(jī)的工作原理、工作過(guò)程以及傳真帆的各部件的性能和技術(shù)參數(shù)；詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了傳真機(jī)的幾種記錄方式的工作原理和運(yùn)作過(guò)程。 第二章主要是傳真文件痕跡特征的研究。這是本文的研究重點(diǎn)。首先強(qiáng)調(diào)傳真文件的依據(jù)是那些反映在傳真文件上具有普遍性與特殊性、穩(wěn)定性與再現(xiàn)性的痕跡特征。其次，闡述傳真文件經(jīng)過(guò)光電掃描、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、打印記錄等一系列過(guò)程之后，具有與其它文件相區(qū)別的典型特點(diǎn)。探討了傳真文件痕跡從種類特征和個(gè)別特征、特征價(jià)值以及痕跡特征的形成過(guò)程。為增強(qiáng)說(shuō)服力和形態(tài)表達(dá)效果，特地顯示圖例，并加以說(shuō)明。 第三章系統(tǒng)論述了傳真文件檢驗(yàn)的任務(wù)、手段方法和特征依據(jù)的運(yùn)用。系統(tǒng)地論述了傳真文件檢驗(yàn)的受理、收集樣本資料的收集、具體的檢驗(yàn)的程序和實(shí)施及其應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問(wèn)題。詳細(xì)論述了傳真文件痕跡特征的重要性以及在各種類型的傳真件檢驗(yàn)中如何選取運(yùn)用。此外，結(jié)合實(shí)際案例和相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)資料，鑒別了某些技術(shù)方法的合理性和科學(xué)性，以期完善傳真文件檢驗(yàn)的科學(xué)體系。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern science and technology , the development of office automation is greatly promoted , and the fax machine is an indispensable communication tool in the field of office automation . With the advancement of economic globalization and the deepening of reform and opening - up , the documents such as letters , contracts , orders and notes are often transmitted by fax machines in the daily work and economic transactions of the state organs , enterprises and institutions and individuals .
At the same time , most of the research in the field of fax documents examination is aimed at the computer printing instrument , the inspection and identification method of the electrostatic copying instrument and the shortage of the fax documents . At the same time , it is necessary to study the fax documents systematically and to study the periodic trace characteristics of fax documents , and further understand the causes , characteristics and changing rules of the formation of fax documents .






The aim of this article is to :






First , investigate the brand and model of fax machines commonly used at present , collect the types of fax machines , enrich the technical basis of fax document inspection , update the fax machine model data related to fax documents , and provide data for the inspection of fax documents .






Second , referring to the facsimile technology , the working principle and the operation process of the fax machine are explained in detail , the technical performance and the working state of each part of the fax machine are analyzed , the various trace characteristics reflected in the facsimile document and the generating principle are clarified , and the scientific basis is provided for the inspection of the facsimile document .






Third , by fax test , combined with the case of facsimile document inspection , the paper systematically discusses the trace characteristics of fax documents from two aspects of category characteristics and individual characteristics , and expounds the characteristics of fax documents and their particularity , stability and objective reproducibility .






This paper mainly consists of three aspects .






Chapter One is mainly about the summary of fax technology . This chapter discusses the development of fax machine , the working principle of fax machine and the basic composing of fax machine . On the basis of the reference facsimile technology , the paper introduces the history and present situation of fax technology development , the classification of fax machine and the sales volume and usage of fax machine in current market .
The working principle , working process of facsimile machine and the performance and technical parameters of each component of facsimile sail are systematically expounded .
The working principle and operation process of several kinds of recording modes of fax machine are described in detail .






The second chapter is mainly about the trace features of fax documents . This is the focus of this paper . Firstly , it emphasizes that the basis of fax documents is the mark features that reflect the universality and particularity , stability and reproducibility of fax documents . Secondly , the paper discusses the typical characteristics of fax documents that are distinguished from other documents after the series of processes such as photoelectric scanning , data transmission and printing .






Chapter Three discusses the task , means and characteristics of facsimile document inspection . It systematically discusses the acceptance of facsimile document inspection , the collection of sample data , the procedure and implementation of the specific inspection and the problems that should be noticed . In addition , the rationality and the scientific nature of some technical methods are identified with the aim of perfecting the scientific system of facsimile document inspection .
