【摘要】：正長(zhǎng)骨骨折的延遲愈合和不愈合(又稱骨不連)是骨折較為常見的晚期并發(fā)癥,發(fā)生率約5%～10%[1],嚴(yán)重影響傷者的健康,其治療難度大、時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、費(fèi)用高、治療效果不確定,是法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定的難點(diǎn)。掌握適當(dāng)?shù)蔫b定時(shí)機(jī),科學(xué)界定醫(yī)療終結(jié)時(shí)間,合理把握鑒定事項(xiàng),對(duì)案件公正的處理具有重要意義。本
