【摘要】： 目的目前電擊傷(死)案件隨著電力事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展呈逐年增加的趨勢(shì),法醫(yī)學(xué)檢案中用低壓電來(lái)自殺或謀殺的案件也不少見(jiàn)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外法醫(yī)學(xué)家在生前電擊傷(死)和死后電擊傷的鑒別及電損傷時(shí)間的推斷等方面研究取得了一定進(jìn)展,但仍沒(méi)有取得重大突破。為了準(zhǔn)確鑒別生前電擊和死后電擊傷以及損傷時(shí)間的準(zhǔn)確推斷,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了該實(shí)驗(yàn)。 方法1.利用220V交流電(50Hz, 150-200 mA)電擊Wister大白鼠胸部(心臟體表投影位置)30秒鐘復(fù)制動(dòng)物模型。2.電擊后在不同時(shí)間(0分鐘、30分鐘、1小時(shí)、2小時(shí)、3小時(shí)、4小時(shí)、5小時(shí)、6小時(shí)、8小時(shí)、12小時(shí)、1天、3天、6天、12天)斷頸處死;正常Wister大白鼠斷頸處死后不同時(shí)間(0分鐘、30分鐘、2小時(shí))電擊(電擊方法及時(shí)間等同前)。手術(shù)打開(kāi)胸腔,取出心臟,PBS液沖洗后,將標(biāo)本置于10%甲醛溶液中固定,作病理切片(5μm),通過(guò)HE染色觀察其組織病理學(xué)改變;以TIMP-1、a-Actin為一抗標(biāo)記不同時(shí)間的心臟組織,觀察其分布情況。 結(jié)果:電擊后0分鐘至6小時(shí),可見(jiàn)心肌細(xì)胞呈灶性的變性、壞死,部分心肌細(xì)胞呈現(xiàn)波紋狀改變;部分心肌細(xì)胞胞膜橫紋不清;胞漿凝聚、
[Abstract]:Objective at present, the electric injury (death) cases are increasing year by year with the rapid development of electric power industry, and the cases of suicide or murder with low-voltage electricity in forensic medical examination cases are not uncommon.At present, forensic scientists at home and abroad have made some progress in the identification of antemortem electric injury (death) and postmortem electric injury, and in the estimation of electric injury time, but no significant breakthrough has been made.In order to accurately identify the antemortem electric shock and postmortem electric shock injury as well as the exact estimation of injury time, we designed the experiment.Method 1.Wister rats were subjected to 220V AC 50Hz, 150-200mAshock to the chest (the projection position of the heart surface was used to reproduce the animal model for 30 seconds.After electric shock, 30 minutes (1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour, 6 hour, 8 hour, 12 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 6 days and 12 days) were amputated and executed.Normal Wister rats were given electric shock at different time (30 minutes and 2 hours after neck amputation) (the method and time of electric shock were the same as before.After operation, the thoracic cavity was opened, the PBS solution was taken out, and the specimen was fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution. The histopathological changes were observed by HE staining, and the tissue of heart was labeled with TIMP-1a -Actin for different time, and the tissue was fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution, and the pathological changes were observed by HE staining.Observe its distribution.Results: from 0 minutes to 6 hours after electric shock, myocardial cells showed focal degeneration, necrosis, corrugated changes in some cardiomyocytes, unclear membrane lines in some cardiomyocytes, and cytosolic condensation.
