【摘要】：未成年人違法犯罪是當(dāng)今世界各國十分重視的社會問題,在我國當(dāng)前轉(zhuǎn)型社會下,未成年人違法犯罪形勢日趨嚴(yán)峻。經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城市化進(jìn)程的加快,使得社區(qū)的地位得到不斷提升,社區(qū)越來越成為影響未成年人違法犯罪的重要因素。因而,深入分析社區(qū)對未成年人違法犯罪的影響,提出切實(shí)有效的社區(qū)預(yù)防對策成為社會的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文將以國外學(xué)者提出的社區(qū)影響未成年人違法犯罪的理論模式為依據(jù),在2004年武漢市未成年人成長環(huán)境調(diào)查資料的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)證性地考察了社區(qū)環(huán)境對未成年人違法犯罪的影響。并分析了轉(zhuǎn)型社會下,社區(qū)解組與社區(qū)分化所導(dǎo)致的社區(qū)環(huán)境問題對未成年人違法犯罪的不良影響,進(jìn)而提出未成年人違法犯罪的社區(qū)預(yù)防對策 第一部分概述從研究的主題入手,詳細(xì)闡述了本次研究的理論意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究假設(shè)、研究方法以及相關(guān)的概念說明,為下文的論述奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法實(shí)證性地考察了社區(qū)環(huán)境對未成年人違法犯罪的影響。主要社區(qū)環(huán)境包括社區(qū)文化市場環(huán)境、社區(qū)鄰里關(guān)系、社區(qū)同伴群體環(huán)境、社區(qū)治安環(huán)境。統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)表明,社區(qū)文化市場環(huán)境、社區(qū)鄰里關(guān)系、社區(qū)同伴群體環(huán)境、社區(qū)治安環(huán)境影響未成年人違法犯罪。社區(qū)文化市場環(huán)境越好、社區(qū)鄰里關(guān)系越好、社區(qū)同伴群體環(huán)境越好、社區(qū)治安環(huán)境越好,未成年人違法犯罪的可能性越小,反之,則越大。 第三部分在第二部分的基礎(chǔ)上,從社區(qū)環(huán)境問題容易引起未成年人違法犯罪的角度,分析了在當(dāng)前轉(zhuǎn)型社會下,社區(qū)解組和社區(qū)分化將會引發(fā)一系列的社區(qū)環(huán)境問題,導(dǎo)致社區(qū)出現(xiàn)規(guī)范真空和社區(qū)控制失靈,從而對未成年人違法犯罪產(chǎn)生不良影響。 第四部分歸納了本文的主要結(jié)論,提出未成年人違法犯罪的社區(qū)預(yù)防對策,認(rèn)為未成年人違法犯罪的社區(qū)有效預(yù)防應(yīng)當(dāng)從社區(qū)為預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪提供文化支持、社區(qū)為預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪提供群防群治的情境控制以及社區(qū)為
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a social problem that many countries in the world attach great importance to. In our country, the situation of juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more serious.With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the status of the community has been continuously improved, and the community has become an important factor affecting juvenile delinquency.Therefore, it is urgent for the society to analyze the influence of community on juvenile delinquency and put forward effective community preventive measures.Based on the theoretical model of community influence on juvenile delinquency proposed by foreign scholars, this paper will base on the investigation data of juvenile growth environment in Wuhan City in 2004.The impact of community environment on juvenile delinquency is investigated empirically.The paper also analyzes the negative effects of community environmental problems on juvenile delinquency caused by community group and community differentiation in the transitional society, and then puts forward the community prevention countermeasures for juvenile delinquency.In the first part, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, the current research situation, the research hypotheses, the research methods and the related concept notes are described in detail, which lays the foundation for the following discussion.The second part investigates the impact of community environment on juvenile delinquency by means of statistical analysis.The main community environment includes community culture market environment, community neighborhood relationship, community peer group environment, community public security environment.Statistics show that community culture market environment, community neighborhood relationship, community peer group environment, community public security environment affect juvenile delinquency.The better the community culture market environment, the better the neighborhood relationship, the better the community peer group environment, the better the community security environment, the less the possibility of juvenile delinquency and vice versa.On the basis of the second part, the third part analyzes a series of community environmental problems in the current transitional society from the point of view that community environmental problems are easy to cause juvenile delinquency.It leads to normative vacuum and community control failure, which has a negative impact on juvenile delinquency.The fourth part summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, puts forward the community prevention countermeasures of juvenile delinquency, and thinks that the community effective prevention of juvenile delinquency should provide cultural support for the prevention of juvenile delinquency from the community.The community provides the situation control for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the community for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
