【摘要】： 通過認真回顧中國公安院校警察體育發(fā)展的歷史歷程,對進入二十一世紀后我國公安院校警察體育發(fā)展狀況和整個警察體育工作的開展情況進行了的認真地分析研究,總結中國公安院校警察體育教學訓練中存在的問題,通過查閱大量的文獻資料以及調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),同時征求從事公安院校警察體育教學訓練的專家學者的意見,對學校體育、軍事體育、警察體育三者從研究對象、目的和任務進行認真的分析研究,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)三者的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系,為確定警察體育的教學內(nèi)容和教學目標提供理論基礎。大量的關于我國目前公安院校警察體育教學訓練情況的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)表明,我國公安院校警察體育教學訓練其中存在著諸如場地器材缺口較大、師資隊伍建設中各項指標嚴重失調(diào)、課程設置不合理、教材和教學內(nèi)容不夠合理、科研工作滯后等問題。通過對以上問題的分析,為調(diào)整公安院校警察體育教學的課程目標,為公安院校警察體育教學內(nèi)容與改革尋求正確的發(fā)展方向,為構建警察體育學科體系提供理論依據(jù)。根據(jù)新時期對警察工作的要求以及公安工作的具體實際需要,依據(jù)21世紀警察體育培養(yǎng)目標對警察體育進行重新定位為警察體育是以增強警察體質(zhì),提高警察實戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)術技能的一種有組織、有意義的教育訓練過程。它主要包括警察基礎體能、警察基礎技能和戰(zhàn)術的教學訓練和比賽。依據(jù)其定義確定警察體育研究的重點內(nèi)容,同時提出了構建新的教學訓練模式所要研究的主要問題如,教育思想和教育觀念創(chuàng)新、能力結構與培養(yǎng)目標、課程教材改革、教學訓練方法、師資隊伍建設等內(nèi)容。提出構建新的新的警察體育教學訓練模塊,并且對新的教學模塊的警察體能、警察技能和警察戰(zhàn)術等課程中必修課和選修課的內(nèi)容教學訓練模式進行界定。同時,為了保證警察體育在新的模式下能夠良性運轉,要解決與之相關的諸如,構建教訓戰(zhàn)一體化的警察體育課程結構體系問題、提升優(yōu)化教學訓練內(nèi)容、加強教材的多元化建設、轉變課堂教學觀念、創(chuàng)新教學訓練方法等問題。
[Abstract]:By reviewing the history of the development of police sports in China's public security colleges and universities, this paper makes a serious analysis and study on the development of police sports in China's public security colleges and universities and the development of the whole police sports work after entering the 21 century.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the teaching and training of police physical education in China's public security colleges and universities, through consulting a large number of documents and data, and at the same time soliciting the opinions of experts and scholars engaged in the teaching and training of police physical education in public security colleges and universities.The three aspects of military sports and police sports are carefully analyzed and studied from the research object, purpose and task, and the differences and connections among the three are found, which provides a theoretical basis for the determination of the teaching contents and teaching objectives of police sports.A large number of investigation data about police physical education training in public security colleges and universities in our country show that there is a big gap in the field and equipment among the police physical education training in public security colleges and universities in our country, and the indexes in the construction of the teaching staff are seriously out of balance.The course setting is unreasonable, the teaching material and teaching content are not reasonable, the scientific research work lags behind, and so on.Through the analysis of the above problems, in order to adjust the curriculum objectives of police physical education in public security colleges and universities, to seek the correct development direction for the content and reform of police physical education teaching in police colleges and universities, and to provide theoretical basis for the construction of police physical education discipline system.According to the requirements of the police work in the new period and the practical needs of the police work, according to the goal of the police sports training in the 21st century, the repositioning of the police sports is to strengthen the police physique.An organized and meaningful educational and training process to improve the actual combat tactical skills of the police.It mainly includes the basic physical ability of police, the basic skills and tactics of the police teaching and training and competition.According to its definition, the key contents of police sports research are determined, and the main problems to be studied in constructing a new teaching and training model are put forward, such as the innovation of educational thought and educational concept, the ability structure and training goal, the reform of curriculum and teaching materials.Teaching and training methods, the construction of teachers and so on.This paper puts forward to construct a new police physical education and training module, and defines the content teaching and training mode of compulsory course and elective course in the new teaching module, such as police physical ability, police skill and police tactics.At the same time, in order to ensure that the police sports can work well under the new mode, we should solve the related problems such as constructing the integrated structure system of the police physical education curriculum, improving and optimizing the content of teaching and training.Strengthening the diversified construction of teaching materials, changing classroom teaching ideas, innovating teaching and training methods and so on.
