【摘要】： 當(dāng)前,我國兒童和少年的成長遇到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),在國內(nèi)22省市的協(xié)作研究表明:我國4-16歲兒童少年中行為問題的總發(fā)生率為12.9%±2.2%,獨(dú)生子女的發(fā)生率高達(dá)13.5%。長期追蹤表明,兒童少年期的行為問題大多可能因環(huán)境和學(xué)習(xí)壓力的改變而逐漸改善,但仍有相當(dāng)高的比例持續(xù)到成年期。即使以后改善,但可能已失去了接受教育的最佳時期而影響學(xué)業(yè)。城市和農(nóng)村的生活環(huán)境、文化意識、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面均有不同,這將影響兒童的行為方式。 本研究利用營口市第一�？漆t(yī)院心理衛(wèi)生科2004～2006年少年兒童心理健康調(diào)查資料,用Conners兒童行為問卷,對營口市城鄉(xiāng)兒童和少年的行為問題進(jìn)行測評,科學(xué)地評價兒童行為問題現(xiàn)狀,客觀分析影響因素,探討城鄉(xiāng)兒童和少年行為問題之間的差異,制定防制對策。調(diào)查提示:農(nóng)村少年兒童比城市少年兒童存在較多的品行問題、學(xué)習(xí)困難、多動行為和情緒問題,尤以12-16歲年齡組多見。兒童行為問題是一個不可忽視的社會問題,可直接影響他們將來的身心健康或?qū)е聡?yán)重的精神疾病。本論文旨在尋求更好的策略對城鄉(xiāng)兒童的行為問題進(jìn)行有效的心理干預(yù),早期發(fā)現(xiàn)及時矯正,呼吁全社會的關(guān)注和重視,給予有效健康教育,保證兒童身心健康發(fā)展,提高人口遠(yuǎn)期素質(zhì),為全面提高營口市兒童的生活質(zhì)量和健康水平提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:At present, the growth of children and adolescents in our country has met with unprecedented challenges. The collaborative research in 22 provinces and cities in China shows that the total incidence of behavioral problems among children aged 4-16 in China is 12.9% 鹵2.2%, and the incidence of only children is as high as 13.5%.Long-term follow-up shows that behavior problems in childhood and adolescence are likely to improve gradually due to changes in environment and learning stress, but still a high proportion continue into adulthood.Even if it improves later, it may have lost the best time of education and affected academic performance.Urban and rural living environment, cultural awareness, economic and other aspects are different, which will affect the behavior of children.Based on the mental health survey data of the mental health department of Yingkou first specialty hospital from 2004 to 2006, the behavioral problems of children and adolescents in Yingkou city were evaluated by Conners children behavior questionnaire.The present situation of children's behavioral problems is scientifically evaluated, the influencing factors are objectively analyzed, the differences between urban and rural children's and adolescents' behavioral problems are discussed, and the countermeasures for prevention and control are formulated.The results showed that there were more behavior problems, learning difficulties, hyperactivity behavior and emotional problems in rural children than in urban children, especially in the 12-16 age group.Children's behavior problem is a social problem which can directly affect their physical and mental health in the future or lead to serious mental illness.The purpose of this paper is to seek better strategies for effective psychological intervention of children's behavior problems in urban and rural areas, early discovery and timely correction, appeal to the whole society to pay attention and attention, give effective health education, and ensure the development of children's physical and mental health.To improve the long-term quality of population and provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of life and health of children in Yingkou.
