【摘要】：二十多年來(lái),我國(guó)職務(wù)犯罪日益突出,成為最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失、社會(huì)污染和政治挑戰(zhàn)。如何對(duì)職務(wù)犯罪進(jìn)行有效預(yù)防,成為犯罪學(xué)的重要課題。本文以四川省1998年至2003年間立案查辦的職務(wù)犯罪為樣本,對(duì)職務(wù)犯罪的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,對(duì)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概括,進(jìn)而從社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、個(gè)體以及被害人因素等六個(gè)方面分析了產(chǎn)生職務(wù)犯罪的原因。最后,從道德、社會(huì)、司法三個(gè)層面提出了預(yù)防職務(wù)犯罪的措施。
[Abstract]:For more than 20 years , our country ' s professional crime has become more and more serious , becoming the biggest economic loss , social pollution and political challenge . How to effectively prevent and become the important subject of criminology . In this paper , the author makes an empirical analysis on the present situation of official crime by taking the official crime as the sample from 1998 to 2003 . Finally , it puts forward some measures to prevent the crime from the three aspects of society , politics , economy , culture , individual and victim .
