酒精對(duì)駕駛員視網(wǎng)膜電圖和視覺誘發(fā)電位的影響

【摘要】: 目的:觀察酒精對(duì)重慶地區(qū)駕駛員圖形視網(wǎng)膜電圖(PERG)、閃光視網(wǎng)膜電圖(FERG)和圖形視覺誘發(fā)電位(PVEP)的影響,分析酒精對(duì)駕駛員視功能的損害機(jī)制,從而為交通安全立法、預(yù)防交通事故提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法:在重慶地區(qū)20~50歲年齡段中隨機(jī)抽取30名駕駛員志愿者作為受試對(duì)象,男性23名,女性7名,平均年齡34±8.3歲。所有受試者經(jīng)檢查均為無酒精過敏、酒精依賴、眼病和重大疾病的健康者。以自身為對(duì)照,首先在飲酒前60min內(nèi)對(duì)駕駛員進(jìn)行PERG、FERG和PVEP檢查,記錄數(shù)據(jù);然后按其自報(bào)酒量(既往飲酒量以酒精度56%白酒計(jì)算),并按照中國(guó)人的習(xí)慣同時(shí)進(jìn)餐葷素混吃飲酒,飲酒過程為10min。30min后,抽取2ml靜脈血標(biāo)本,由5ml試管封裝,0℃低溫保存,24h內(nèi)用頂空氣相色譜法測(cè)BAC,并再次對(duì)飲酒后駕駛員進(jìn)行PERG、FERG和PVEP檢查,記錄數(shù)據(jù)。 結(jié)果:(1) BAC20mg/100ml時(shí), PVEP-P100、FERG-Pb和PERG-P50波潛時(shí)和振幅與飲酒前相比,均無顯著性差異(P0.05)。(2)20mg/100ml≤BAC80mg/100ml時(shí), PVEP-P100波和FERG-Pb波潛時(shí)均顯著延長(zhǎng)(P0.05);PVEP-P100波振幅有所降低,但與飲酒前無
