【摘要】： 警務人員作為社會特殊職業(yè)群體,其工作性質使得在許多突發(fā)事件中常常是第一時間到達現(xiàn)場,作為“第一目擊者”其正確的現(xiàn)場急救將為病人爭取搶救黃金時間,在搶救病人生命、應對災難事故和突發(fā)事件、提高院前急救成功率等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。同時,警務人員在工作中經常會面臨暴力、兇殺等社會負面事件,掌握豐富的急救知識與急救技能,在一定程度上也可以降低警務人員的傷亡。本研究通過對長春市警務人員急救知識與急救技能現(xiàn)狀水平的調查,了解和評價長春市警務人員社會急救意識及急救知識的普及情況與存在的問題,在深入分析原因的基礎上探討對策,以便有針對性地對長春市警務人員開展急救培訓。 采用非概率抽樣法選取長春市5個巡警大隊194名巡警和5個公安分局的110名治安警察作為研究對象,進行急救知識與急救技能測試,同時發(fā)放自行設計的調查問卷,對調查對象的一般情況、急救知識與急救技能測試成績、警務人員自我評價情況及近五年的急救培訓狀況進行統(tǒng)計描述與分析,綜合評價長春市警務人員急救知識與急救技能現(xiàn)狀,對于研究結果展開討論,并且有針對性地提出了加強警務人員急救相關培訓的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:As a special professional group in the society, the nature of the work of the police officers makes it often the first time to arrive at the scene in many emergencies. As a "first witness", their correct on-site first aid will buy the patient prime time to rescue.It plays an important role in saving patients' lives, coping with disaster accidents and emergencies, and improving the success rate of pre-hospital first aid.At the same time, police officers often face violence, murder and other social negative events in their work. To a certain extent, it can also reduce the casualties of police personnel by mastering rich knowledge and skills of first aid.Based on the investigation of first aid knowledge and first aid skills of police personnel in Changchun City, the present situation and problems of awareness of social first aid and knowledge of first aid of police personnel in Changchun City are studied and evaluated.On the basis of deep analysis of the reasons, the countermeasures are discussed in order to carry out first aid training for police personnel in Changchun.Using non-probabilistic sampling method, 194 patrol policemen and 110 police officers from 5 patrol police brigades in Changchun and 110 police officers from 5 police stations were selected as the research objects. The first aid knowledge and first-aid skills were tested, and self-designed questionnaires were distributed at the same time.The general situation of the subjects, the test results of first aid knowledge and skills, the self-evaluation of police officers and the status of emergency training in the past five years were described and analyzed statistically.The present situation of first aid knowledge and skills of police personnel in Changchun is comprehensively evaluated. The results of the research are discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the training of police personnel in first aid are put forward.
