【摘要】：警察是社會(huì)中的一個(gè)特殊群體，由于職業(yè)的原因，他們工作的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短、工作的負(fù)擔(dān)以及接觸的人和事與其他職業(yè)人員相比具有一定的差異，這些差異決定了警察的心理反映形式也存在著特殊性，尤其是容易形成心理健康方面的問(wèn)題。盡管?chē)?guó)內(nèi)單純對(duì)警察心理健康狀況調(diào)查的文章很多，但是對(duì)于影響公安警察心理健康的因素的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究卻少之又少。本研究目的是探討當(dāng)前社會(huì)形勢(shì)下警察心理健康狀況及其影響因素。 為了解濟(jì)南市公安隊(duì)伍的心理健康狀況，探討不同警種警察的心理健康狀況的差異，對(duì)濟(jì)南市6個(gè)工作面的315名警察進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)、生活事件量表(LES)、L量表，通過(guò)t檢驗(yàn)、F檢驗(yàn)、LSD多重比較法、相關(guān)分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法，以性別、年齡、警齡、警種、工作區(qū)域、文化程度為自變量，所有實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)均在SPSS11.0上進(jìn)行，分析所得數(shù)據(jù)，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)： 1、濟(jì)南警察的總體心理健康水平非常明顯地低于全國(guó)一般人群。濟(jì)南警察SCL-90各因素分值均高于全國(guó)常模，除人際關(guān)系敏感外，其余各因素分差異非常顯著。 2、不同性別、年齡、警齡、警種、工作區(qū)域的濟(jì)南公安警察心理健康水平存在顯著差異。女警察心理健康程度略高于男警察，，男性警察的軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥、敵對(duì)性、總均分均顯著高于女性警察：不同警種的心理健康水平存在非常顯著的差異，治安警心理健康水平最差，巡警次之，
[Abstract]:The police are a special group of people in society. For professional reasons, the length of time they work, the burden of work, and the people and things they come into contact with are quite different from those of other professionals.These differences determine the particularity of police psychological reaction, especially the mental health problems.Although there are many articles on the investigation of police's mental health in China, there are few experimental studies on the factors that affect the police's mental health.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of police mental health and its influencing factors.In order to understand the mental health status of public security forces in Jinan, and to explore the difference of psychological health status of police officers of different police types, 315 policemen in 6 working faces in Jinan were investigated by using SCL-90 and life events scale.By means of t test, F test, multiple comparison method, correlation analysis and other statistical analysis methods, sex, age, police age, police type, working area and education level were taken as independent variables. All the experimental data were carried out on SPSS11.0, and the data were analyzed.It was found that:1. The general mental health level of Jinan police is obviously lower than that of the general population.The SCL-90 scores of Jinan police were higher than that of the national norm, except for the sensitivity of interpersonal relationship, the differences of the other factors were very significant.2. There were significant differences in mental health of Jinan police with different gender, age, police age, police type and work area.The degree of mental health of female policemen was slightly higher than that of male policemen. The average scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, hostility and total mean scores of male policemen were significantly higher than that of female policemen.The level of mental health of the security police is the worst, followed by the patrolmen.
