【摘要】：影響犯罪數(shù)量高低的因素多種多樣,如果不考慮其它因素而僅僅研究經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與其的關(guān)系,那么經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展促進(jìn)犯罪數(shù)量的增長(zhǎng)。其原因有:經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生許多新的社會(huì)矛盾和社會(huì)問(wèn)題,這是犯罪數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)的外因;經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)城市化,導(dǎo)致人口流動(dòng)性增大,鄰里關(guān)系淡漠,這是犯罪數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)因;經(jīng)濟(jì)越發(fā)展,犯罪獲利額就越大,這是犯罪數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)的誘因;經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展促使人們形成了不同的價(jià)值觀念和行為方式,這是犯罪數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)因;經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展導(dǎo)致法定犯數(shù)量的增加,這是犯罪數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)的法因。如果考慮到影響犯罪數(shù)量高低的其它因素,那么經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最快的國(guó)家不一定是犯罪數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)最快的國(guó)家。
[Abstract]:There are many factors that influence the amount of crime. If we only study the relationship between economic development and other factors, then economic development will promote the increase of crime quantity.The reasons are as follows: many new social contradictions and social problems are produced in economic development, which is the external cause of the increase in the number of crimes, the urbanization brought about by economic development leads to the increase of population mobility and the indifference of neighborhood relations, which is the cause of the increase in the number of crimes.The more the economy develops, the larger the crime profit will be, which is the inducement of the increase of the crime quantity, and the economic development urges people to form different values and behavior ways, which is the internal cause of the increase of the crime quantity.Economic development leads to an increase in the number of statutory offenders, which is the legal cause of the increase in the number of crimes.If other factors are taken into account, the fastest-growing economies are not necessarily the fastest-growing ones.
