【摘要】： 偵查心理學的研究對象及體系，一直是學者們爭論不休的一個問題。學科的研究對象決定了學科自成一體的體系。偵查心理思想在我國源遠流長，但作為一門獨立的學科，，我國偵查心理學的研究歷史卻很短暫，是從20世紀80年代開始的，而且在研究規(guī)模和水平上也存在不足。關于偵查心理學的研究對象，代表性的觀點有三種：偵查主體的心理現象、心理活動及其規(guī)律；偵查中的種種心理現象；有廣義、狹義之分，廣義上是偵查主體的心理現象，狹義上是偵查中的種種心理現象。筆者對此進行了評價，并指出了其不足。筆者認為，偵查心理學的研究對象應當是與偵查活動有關的人的行為及心理活動規(guī)律。偵查心理學應當歸屬于刑事訴訟心理學。在確定偵查心理學的研究對象及研究范圍的基礎上，筆者認為可以對偵查心理學的內容體系進行建構。偵查心理學的內容體系應由八個部分組成：一、偵查心理學的基本問題；二、現場勘查中的心理；三、偵查組織與指揮中的心理；四、調查中的行為及心理；五、緝捕犯罪嫌疑人的心理策略；六、訊問中的行為及心理；七、偵查人員的心理品質、心理選拔、心理衛(wèi)生；八、偵查工作的其它心理學應用方法與技術。
[Abstract]:The research object and system of investigative psychology has been one of the problems that scholars dispute . The research object of the subject decides the system of self - integration of disciplines . The research history of investigative psychology is very short in our country , but also in the research scale and level as an independent subject . There are three kinds of research objects about investigative psychology : the psychological phenomenon , psychological activity and the law of investigation subject ;
